Great video and thank you for explaining all this. I have an early 80's club car DS, and my kids were driving around our neighborhood and the rear axle and right side tire slid off. We were able to jack it up, push the tire and axle back in, and when you would press the petal, it would just spin inside the casing but not turn the rear tires. What would be the possible cause of this? Thank you!
Sounds like the splines are not lined up. It could be the one at the brake area not turning the drum. Need to jack it up and pull the wheel off to check.
hopefully im not too late, contact plum quick motors in south carolina, i sent in my core and they rebuilt it for 250 bucks with the bandit upgrade. next im going to get a 400 amp navitas controller. should get up to 28 mph
