Seemed abandoned, but it had electricity and ventilation, so...
While walking through the territory of a factory, located in the industrial area of the city, I noticed a weird concrete block with a metal gate on the side of it. I opened it and a ladder climb later I was in a dark, small tunnel leading to an underground bomb shelter/safe house.

Wayne Hood It’s most definitely not abandoned. Must rarely be checked on but all the functioning equipment and lights is a good indicator that someone or multiple people operate the site still.

So to anyone saying this is fake, it was most likely a Soviet installation, which would have been abandoned in 1990 or 1991 when the USSR dissolved. As such it would only have been left for maybe 25 years, in what looks like a completely dry environment with no disturbance or light.
Plenty of electronics, print material, fabric, etc, survives 25 years just fine when in constant use and in conditions far less suitable for preservation.

This is a Soviet-era fallout shelter and the electricity is probably hard wired to the grid with no meters, etc. Wires are probably underground and the facility most likely has it's own transformer and distribution box in the electrical room (and a generator), so it cannot be easily cut off. This is why the lights still work.

They made a lot of these under factories, in order to save those who knew how to manufacture, in order to be able to rebuild/rearm after a nuclear attack
