Hey Doc. I can't seem to pan around like you did at 2:00. It just creates a large select box. Only the arrow keys work for moving around. Am I meant to be clicking a key along with it too?

I am born in raised in Hawaii and I've been trying to find great non-profits to volunteer with or just to know about but it's hard to find one place where they all are. So that's what I'm building it for. "Non Profits Hawai'i". I coordinate events as well and I would love to host an event for this as a launch.

I would like to create an app with adalo for my customers so that they have a calendar inside that works like Calendly, so they can enter their availability and share it with potential customers to schedule sales meetings and calls without them having to register for the app through a simple link. I can't find any tutorials! Is it possible?
Hey glad to have you here! From what you’re describing this wouldn’t be possible without extensive automation and still possibly it won’t be possible with Adalo.
What you’re asking to do would prob best if you use bubble.

Hi! Doc! Thanks for your video! I am currently working with a client who wants an app that can handle registrations and schedule entertainment for bday parties and other events. Essentialy the app should allow people to pick what they want for the party and schedule it. What no code app would you recommend for this? thanks!
Hey glad the video is helpful! Great question. This depends on if you need the app to save their information as a profile and details or this can be a one-time scheduler type of app.
If it is a one-time infrequent use case I would use a form builder app like Paperform that has logic branching for questions-

If it needs to save information I would lean to go FlutterFlow.

Hey great question! Depends on the exact way you're building a macro calculator. Is it on another platform you're embedding on the page etc.
Most likely I would be going for FlutterFlow for a project like this.

For the basics Adalo could be a good solution for you. An advanced option that could scale and give you more I would look into FlutterFlow.

No problem! Depends on the exact functionality you’re for and what type of app your building. In general I would suggest FlutterFlow for creating a iOS and android app. Hope that helps!

Hi Doc, I am currently working to develop a marketplace and want to do so with Adalo. I am having difficulty selecting the best template to get started with since they have limited options. Any recommendations? I just quit using Bubble because it was tough to work with

For a marketplace I would not recommend using Adalo.
There are two options I would recommend but it also depends on your current skill level and if you're testing out your idea or scaling.
The easiest to learn and used for MVPs I would suggest Softr- www.softr.io/?via=doc
For a platform made to create marketplaces I would suggest Sharetribe-

On the canvas, click and hold the name of the screen, then move your mouse to where a new spot on the canvas.

Hey doc, I'm trying to use adalo or another no code app that can reference pdf files like manuals and wiring diagrams. It's going to be used for educational purposes. I'm having difficulty finding a app that connects directly to my documents that are stored in my Google drive. Just curious if you could help, thanks.
Hey Ralph great question! Depends on the exact functionality you’re looking for. For example you’re looking for an app to reference pdf files but what do you want the outcome to be after referencing the files? Is it summarizing the pdf information? Describing the image in words?

Great question! To create an app with live sports updates with the scores you need to do an API call (basically two computers talking to each other).
So depends on the exact sporting event you want and you have to pay for an API for your app. For example check these out here- rapidapi.com/collection/sports-scores

I have no background with app making what so ever and though im glad I found Adalo to use, im still pretty confused how to make it work? Ive tried to set a password in order to log in but im not too sure how. As well as having a speech box for people to edit and add their own text (not as a chat thing). I was tasked as an intern to create an app to mark attendance for the kids attending classes in the company but im not too sure how use the database function

After making an app on adalo and once i share the qr code to my customers, later if i make changes in the app will it be displayed?? Or how to make changes/adding more products without sending a new qr code
Great question! After making changes to your app the changes will be reflected without needing to change and update your QR Code in most cases.
I don’t see any reason it would change.
You get to share it via URL or QR Code so unless you’re changing your app’s url I don’t see this changing.

which website would you reccomend using for me, like adalo or thunable or bravo studio which I have seen other tips on. (im 15 and am just doing this in my spare time but i have a good idea of what my app should look like)
