hmmm that gave me the idea of using an old deep freeze coffin style fridge , its a ready made box thats insulated has a seal and usually shiney aluminium on the inside , going to heat from below

Great video as always with thermoforming trimming is the biggest issue unless you have a cnc router and even then there are still issues with clamping cutter and speed selection and of course spindle accessibility
This it why the use of acrylic where possible is great as the whole thing can be trimmed with cnc co2 laser with little or no clamping
