That museum was impressive to say the least. The narration and cinematography are of the highest quality. WELL DONE!

The Weasel at 3:30 was built for use by the joint US/Canadian First Special Service Force in Norway. That original mission was abandoned. The Weasel was used in its amphibious capacity to land troops on Walchern Island as part of he First Canadian operation to clear the Scheldt Estuary.

Seats and steering wheel in the dingo were angled to give the drive better view and control as it could drive as fast backwards as forwards.

The skinny tyres on the old offroad stuff is always interesting, they just sink the wheels through the mud to the hard ground under it

One interesting thing is the diamler dingo was so liked by the Italians who captured it in north Africa that it was put into production in Italy and was used by both sides during the war. The way to tell who produced it is which side the door is on.

My compliments for your unbiased content, recognizing the merits of each vehicle, regardless from which side of WWII.
    Thank you.

1:48. Trafficators were banned in the 1960's. They predate this vehicle.
The British Matador artillery tractor would be an interesting, but forgotten vehicle for a future project. Perfect for desert conditions the Afrika Korps found captured examples superior to their own equipment. Even Rommel used a captured AEC Command Vehicle, based on a Matador cab/chassis.

The Daimler Dingo had angled seats to allow ease of reversing. It was almost as fast in reverse as forwards, allowing for rapid retreat without turning around if enemy forces were encountered.

Seems to me that the narrative of a British Dingo Scout Car has been misplaced while showing a US Cletrac tractor. The Cletrac was designed for moving heavy aircraft around at an air field. And would you believe? the Cletrac is described while showing the Dingo.

The Soviet contribution to the Second World War is very under reported in the West. As an American I can say we respect the Russian people today and appreciate very much the sacrifices their parents endured during WWll.

I dont think it's under reported in "the west" In America maybe ?
What is under reported is the massive material aid given to Soviets by mainly Brits and Americans via Arctic convoys and overland routes.
In Soviet and Russian histories this didnt happen The soviets beat the Axis basically on their own

Grande confusione tra video e descrizione. Particolari inutili per dei mezzi molto belli. E non hai citato il nome del trattore italiano: SPA TM 40. Meritavamo di piu'.
