All you have to do is follow the pulse cymbal. It is always in 4/4 time while the rest of the instruments play to a different time signature that eventually adds up to an increment of 4/4 after enough measures are played.
But there are multiple rythms, so they're all synchronized with a rhythm, just not the same. It's incredibly different to not be in synch with one of the rhythms of bleed.
Honestly, Meshuggah is the only thing I listen to when I ride. The songs keep me mentally engaged because exercising is so freaking boring lol. I never would have stuck to it otherwise. I lost a total of about 130lbs thanks to them. Freakin love those guys.
@@MrElleC haha sure. I started with their "simpler" stuff, which is still a good mental workout. The album "Nothing" is stimulating, HEAVY, and easy to groove to. Chaosphere is also simple, but more frenetic and high-energy. The "None" EP is good. I would only jam about the first half of DEI, as it can get more moody and explorative. Catch 33 then became my mainstay as a starter. It's a real mental challenge at first, but once you've got it done, it's a well-crafted 50 minute trip that starts somewhat easy, then crescendos into madness at the end. Obzen's pretty good all the way through and I enjoyed riding to most of the songs on Koloss and TVSOR.

I love how well synched this video is, from their hands hitting the grips to the snare drum, and the bodies moving to the beat and the trainer. It’s amazing. Lol.

He's part cheerleader, part director, and part coach. His job is to keep the energy level in the room high, and keep spirits up. Especially in a workout setting like this where it's set to music, having a coach who's dancing along can really make a huge difference in the room:s atmosphere - spin classes like this can get really intense and physically demanding, especially when the participants aren't athletes and are just Regular Ladies like in the video

To be fair, if my local gym started doing Exercise to Metal, I'd probably actual go.
I'd totally go to that 🤘🤘
I mean, every time I've gone to a metal concert, I feel really fucking worked out. Burns a lot of calories!
Don’t go to any corporate gym then.
Start some kind of strength sport. Heavy lifting with heavy music. Can't ask for a better thing
Have you ever heard about ...
Headphones? I only work out to meshuggah and the doom soundtracks.
Ok, this must be the most brutal one I've seen. That spin class would literally kill me.
Dude, same. Is the best so far. Accurate as fuck
You could do it if you kept at it. There’s a few bigger people here, we all gotta start somewhere.
And your back. What they do here in the video is absolute crap. So unnecessary. You don't benefit from it at all.
"My problem is that I spend too much time exercising. I want to find a workout that's as unpleasant as possible to discourage me from gym time"

I love the trainer - he's like an orchestra conductor - he even throws in some moves at the end.

The instructor has the odd time signature rhythm down
This is in straight 4's mate
The snare is actually hitting the 4/4 down beat this whole song, driving the tempo
