Thanks to these videos I kind of know where my problems are and what I need to improve, but I am having a hard time finding HOW to improve those things. My first block is cringey bad, I normally just find an edge to attach and the pieces to a first pair in my inspection, and I am not color neutral at all. I normally just do tons of solves to practice but since I do the same thing every time I don't think my blocks are improving. Any tips for improving block building as a whole (mostly first block) and become more block/color neutral? I'm around 30 second avg and it takes me like 20 sec on f2b on average (2 look cmll+intuitive LSE) would it be best I learn the fastest alg for each LSE case first or just try to make my f2b not so bad lol ty, only been cubing for two months SRRY for being too bad to be helped by this series 😂

+Joey Donohoe just start solving on other colours. First do 200 solves on the opposite block (the colour you usually do second block on), then expand to the other 6 for x2 neutral. Other than that, use the block trainer to work on efficiency. You could probably just improve blox until you're sub 20.

Okay...is it really possible to get 8 move FB every time?
and holy, your slideshows are getting awesome :D loved the sine wave
Please make a FB only video where you go over 10-12 first block walkthroughs. Thanks pal amazing and helpful video ^_^

If you have 8 possible options for starting block, a 5 move first block is possible every time. Thanks! My first block isn't very good. For something like that, check out GuRoux's video on first block efficiency.

PenguinsDontFly Wow 5 moves everytime. My FB is the worst step :(

Isn't 5 the average? I'm pretty sure it's not possible to do it in 5 every time.

No, I'm prety sure 5 was god's number for first block with x2 y neutrality. I found that number on the same site that says 9 is optimal for 1 option.

+PenguinsDontFly that is really awesome.. if FB is always in 5 moves, making in 1.8sec looks easy!
