Good video! I made a different choice I used USB-Adapter - USB-C (M) to 20 pin Key A (F) - USB 3.2 Gen 2 and led the USB-C cable out of the back of the case and plugged it into the existing USB-C USB-C 3.2 10-Gbit/s at the back of the motherboard and connected the usual USB 3.2 gen 1 with 5-Gbit/s cable where it belonged. Disadvantage: it looks a bit strange at the back. The advantage is full USB speed on the front panel 5-Gbit/s and 10-Gbit/s per USB 3.2 Gen 1 and USB 3.2 Gen 2 if used with an NVMe in a external enclosure I have Asus Strix b-550- A Gaming
I think that's actually a USB-A to USB type E connector (which an E to C cable goes on). You can use a Y splitter, but you need the type that sends only 1 channel to each.
Hola, quisiera que por favor me recomiende algunos modelos de MotherBoard que tengan las conexiones nativas USB-C para el panel frontal, muchas gracias
A GREAT video. You showed the options, how to do, and the difference between adapter direct on motherboard and PCI-e card. Thx for life.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you. I was looking around going "Where the hell does this go?"
Glad I could help
Thank you, now I know what a usb a and usb c header on a mb looks like.
Dude you save me and teach a lot of things. Thank you very much!!!
