I decided for my own personal preference it’s too much maintenance lol I love rubbing my eyes and cleaning my face thoroughly. I always felt as if I couldn’t wash my face that well. Like you mentioned maybe for a trip but not for everyday lol
Thank you so much for doing this video! ❤ I've never had mine done before and this just helped ease my nerves and also provided much valuable information for a beginner too. Thank you!!! 😊❤
Hi! New sub. I just got my first lash extensions today. I love them. 💚 I love your video with tips as well. The only thing I would add is to rinse your lashes with fresh water if you’re swimming in the ocean. My tech said salt water can eat away the adhesive.
My personal experience with stick straight lashes with eyelids pushing downward naturally, extensions actually close off my eyes instead of opening them up. Making me look tired instead of awake. Because how my eyelids are pushing the lashes downward, the extensions are also pushed downward. Even with the C curls, once I open my eyes up, the lids just naturally push the base of my lashes downward. I really wanted extensions work but just not for my eye shape 😢
I got my done this Sunday and I followed all protocols and they fall out without touching them and etc. I feel like it's a rip off for me. I love them so much but they just fall out to easily
I’m 73 and I got my first set Oct. 3, 2023 and now I’m hooked but I didn’t get fills so now I’m getting a 2nd installment 11/10. I need to use eye drops for dry eyes is that okay with extensions?
I had a mild/moderate allergic reaction to lash extensions. My eyelid became itchy and the skin started to get flaky and peel. My eyes were pretty red as well. Is there special glue I can ask for? I really loved my lashes.
Oh no! Sorry to hear this >< The one thing I would suggest right off the bat is to make sure that you're going to a reputable lash artist who you trust not to apply extensions too close to the skin. This may have caused the reaction. So 1. You can ask your lash artist to lash farther away from the skin margin 2. You can try taking a benadryl before coming to your appointment (and maybe one after) 3. You can purchase a barrier cream that can be applied to the eyelid which you can ask your lash artist to apply before lashing (wipe it off after the application) 4. Ask your lash artist to perform a lash bath right after she's done applying to reduce sensitivities and irritations and 5. You can use a glue that is formulated for sensitive eyes (however I tried this once and my client still got allergic reaction despite doing all the steps I mentioned above). You should know that the more times you expose yourself to the allergen, your reaction may get worse but not life threatening. And if you try that special glue, your extensions won't last as long because it has less of the active ingredient that makes the glue so strong. Hope this helps! Sorry for the delayed response. Good luck!
Hey friends, thanks for watching this video, hopefully it’ll help you decide whether or not to get eyelash extensions! Lemme know what you decide 👇🏼

How common are infections with lash extensions? That’s what makes me nervous

can you wear them with your glasses?
I'm very light sensitive and when traveling I'm never guaranteed black out curtains. Can I wear an eye mask when sleeping with eyelash extensions?

This is what I'm afraid of
I love sleeping on my face but I want to try them for a trip 🥺
Lol can try a sleeping mask that looks like a bra. May help protect your lashes while you sleep on your face.
I’m a Florida Girl and it’s summertime! I go swimming the salty ocean water! Is that okay for the lashes??
I love your eyelashes in this video. Which type of eyelash extensions?
I'm gonna need to train myself to not sleep on my belly cos I want these done so bad 😪😪
Is it safe to use sleeping eye mask ?
Amazing! Love the content. Subscribed.

I'm a newbie and planning to have an eyelash extension, how to take care of it?
I’m a pure face sleeper and my lashes still last like 3-4 weeks it depends who you go to
Needed this thank you ❤️❤️
Do they hurt when they get put on?
No! they shouldn't at all. But I would recommend going to an experienced and knowledgeable tech if you're worried about them hurting.
