I have the product. It’s brilliant. Had it on 6 months. No peeling at the edges. Still wrinkle free. It’s common sense really. Keep it clean and it will stay in good condition.
There’s no independent adhesive on the inside (the pvc is the adhesive) so it won’t leave any adhesive behind.

Doesn’t look great and I can see that peeling at the edges after a while. Can also see it leaving gummy mess all over it when it comes to taking it off. Thanks, but I’ll wait for a traditional cover

This actually makes more sense than the official design that Sony chose to go with from an aesthetic standpoint. I’ll use my Edge stock for awhile after it delivers to my house tomorrow and see if I want to keep it that way, but if I do end up modifying it, I’ll go this route. This looks sick.
Nothing "sick" about it, it looks good. Works pretty well too for the first few days I've had it for, so far so good.

@@DVRKSTXR Yeah it isn't "sick" still, it's fine but unless you're protecting the white leather on the parts you hold, it'll go yellow very fast. Not to mention I hear it bulges and swells after a short while. I'm clean and barely sweat but I saw them going yellow after 6 hours total time used. I'll be using these stricky grips a while; just my input
@___Zack___ That's exactly what's happened to mine, yellow grips with bulges. For the price it's a disgrace!
@@garyr5866 You guys need to wash your hands because that’s crazy. I’ve had my DualSense Edge since launch and have put well over 100 hours (maybe even 200 at this point) into that controller and it still looks perfectly white. If yours is “yellow” that’s a wake up call of self reflection in and of itself.
I'm expecting my Play Vital grips to come in the mail today. I'm both excited and a little bit concerned. I'm excited because I'm a big kid. I'm concerned about grip holding in heat and it causing damage to my $215 Dualsense Edge controller.
buy!! My edge with 1 month of use, this grip is all yellow, it is different from the common Dualsense, it is rubber, without the possibility of cleaning.

Sooo, I bought the red one of amazon. It looks decent, feels good quality, but when I went to clean it, the wipe (1) was dry instead of damp, so there’s that. And also the stick isn’t great, I had to use double sided tape to make sure it stayed down. Also it smelt weird. So, would recommend but before applying, check the stickiness of the pads, but go for the regular cover instead. Still good product for the price as well.

I agree had since Christmas and I can't get rid of the weird smell. And it leaves a gummy residue if you try to take it off
honestly would rather use these and have a sticky mess to clean then have a dirty white controller from hand grease

Mine has just been returned to me from Sony had mine 3 month went brown and peeled off they sent me a new controller so I’ve just ordered this see if this works any better
@@JohnHope-qy3gp Mine went pink and become swollen and peeled off. I got in touch with Sony and they blamed me for it and said don't keep it in a hot car or use chemicals on it, neither of which I had done.
So I contacted PayPal and they refunded me.

I really wanna buy this,my only problem tho is how long will it hold up???? And if I have to take it off one day will it leave a nasty sticky stain on my controller?
It last as long as you want to remove it. And it will not leave a lot of residue, if it does you can remove them easily with the alcohol

Are you guys working on the aftermarket back plate for the Edge?
I asked this because the rubber inner grips of some people's DualSense Edge start expanding and peeling off from the bottom part of the grips, and Sony won't replace some people's Edge.
My edge was replaced by Sony to received it back for peeling off going to try this tomorrow when it gets delivered to try to stop it seem a bad problem with what they have used bad design should of been black to begin with
ExtremeRate is about to release the back plate and the other parts of the edge, but without rubber grips

Dose it work with a regular ps5 controlller I have the extreme rate back buttons with the grips on mine so I just/need the front grip

@@ulongteagaming thanks. I got the regular ps5 ones and they overlapped the black part on one side so I had to trim them. They feel good though.
These leave sticky shit all over everything. But i use the play vital silicone covers are really good i use them on all my controllers
I'm also using the silicone covers on my dualsense edge :P

Just got mine it slides around during intensive fps gunfights idk if there is a fix for this or work arouns but the sliding is very annoying especially when you state it will fit perfectly
I hit mine with the hairdryer after I first installed and it’s stuck so much better. You should try it

How do you clean it
For styles without a pattern, recommend clean them with a clean cloth dipped in household alcohol or water. For styles with a pattern, you can clean with a clean cloth dipped in water.

Yes suitable for FPS games, it can increase the friction of the controller

After the installation, please leave it in open-air for a night, the glue smell will gone a lot
