Came to the league after being drafted in the back half of the 1st and helped Boston put up another banner. He currently ranks 15th in triple doubles, led the league 3 times in assists and once in steals, 2 all defensive first teams as well as 2 second teams, 4 time consecutive NBA all star etc.

Found out about him by checking out Nick Smith Jr highlights. He’s definitely the guy you want on your team. You can easily teach someone how to be a better shooter but that defensive mentality is already there and is more important than knocking down shots as a rookie.
