My grandfather died in 2016, he has a two brothers, they 3 were separated in 2010. They got property from their grandfather, from that property they earned some properties. Before partition my grandfather wrote will(2003) to his brother sons but my mother is only one daughter to him. He didn't gave anything to my mother. Is that will is valid? How to access unknown family property details which has been hidden from my father by his brothers. Property belongs to my grandfather, property was not divided among his sons. Grandfather is nomore. My father is not educated so their brothers are trying to cheat by saying there r no property. my grandfather is having one son . I m daugter of that son. My father died in 2017. My grandfather father's property is there. My aunt got married in 1984 at the time of marriage my grand father gave 2 acres to the aunt. And my grand mother is having two more acres from her parents, she died in 2020 . Dear mam, my father and his minor brother had property from his father through registered partition deed in the year 1970. My father had had one more dumb and disabled brother. But in 1974 ( don’t know year correctly) after his father’s death my father’s mother and his younger brother went to ceiling court to get property to his mother and disabled brother. And court did oral partition of four parts for my father, mother, disabled bother and younger brother. At present mother and disabled brother also died. Now I want to know that weather it is ancestral property or acquired property. Do my father have full rights to sell it or not. We are 5 members Daughters to my father. His age is 81. One of sister wants to go to court on him. As they are using sword words he doesn’t want to give any property. In case if he do partition deed. My Aunt has kept a case for her share on 20 acers which her father got from his father( IN 2019). Case is kept on her own father brother and sister who sold the properly in 2014 to third parties without her knowing as she stay in states. Now As per 2020 succession act does she has any chances to win case and her share since the property is converted to plots and is sold to third parties(in 2014), those third parties sold to others therefore and many families had already built homes and living by taking proper loans.
Note: Revenue records are clearly mentioning her father is the sole owner since her grandfather passed away.
While selling her brother and sister signed on sale deed to thrid parties as no objection. Since she(plantiff) is in states she didnt
Who all living had properly Registration numbers and pahani records since the agriculture land till they bought from her father.
