I run for 3 miles 3 times a week and i do this in the days i dont run. My stomach doesn't have that 11 abs yet lol but it's noticeably flatter and more toned. Love this, thank you Joja!!
this ab workout is just awesome.. ! everytime I'm running out of time i do a Sanne Vander's leg workout and this ab workout lol, literally it works wonderfully and is just 3min
Going to be testing this workout so u can see if it works ✨ Day 1: did it once for the first time hurt a little but nothing too bad Day 2: done... plank at the end is definitely the worst part Day 3: Done Day 4: done :/
@@rakelmeetsworld I'm more than okay I don't live on coffee like you do so I feel good all the time, I'm also not a low carb Vegan like you are so yeah eat some carbs cause your brain ain't working. she doesn't eat 2000 calories which means she is in starvation mode all the time. You sound like those stupid girls who starve themselves into anxiety day after day. Models are not healthy they mostly live on coffee and have messed up hormones. I've seen abs on Vegans who eat way more then her. She ain't got any abs at all just emaciated.
I’ve seen some major improvements in the tone of my stomach, so grateful for these quick but effective videos after a warmup 💙
