Synchronous 220 volt electric motor convert to 110 volt

Synchronous motor for chicken incubator game 220volt and needed to be 110volt. Unwound the stator wire from 11.88 ohms to 7.00 ohms and now it works on 110volt power. Thanks for the help and pointers from my good friend Jim.

Did yoy try just running it in 110 (120)?
