he definitely has a winner mentality. Go absolutely hard and refuses to give his body a break. There's a reason so few people are considered athletic freaks. So few people can maintain that mindset and strive off of it

he looks like a silver-era bodybuilder. it is very rare to see a weightlifter as aesthetic and in shape as he. I mean, no amount of drugs could make 99% of us look like him.
    cheers торохитий медия!

@guy5140 I definitely understand how it works and the reason for its use among the medal nations. æsthetics are not in the top 5 reasons for using ped's.

How many of us can recover from day after day with no easy days is the question. This guy goes heavy every day.

I dont think everyday he goes heavy. I'm able to go heavy about 3 times a week. Heavy being 80-90% of my max, within a 2-3 month meso cycle. Then i deload for a week or two based on How beat up I feel. Wont ever get to lee's level but its possible to do pretty good.

Whether the dub is AI or human it’s still easy to understand. Oleksey’s accent is difficult for me not this.

What's the difficulty? Is it easier for you to watch a video with the original foreign athlete + subtitles? Your question sounded a bit ambiguous.
