I love the homes that Farang homes have been showing.I also in the meantime have been seeing a lot of people complaining in the comments about the overpricing of property in hua hin,Phuket,Chiang Mai,Pattaya and Bangkok and I agree it is extremely overpriced because of foreign investors.So what is the solution if y’all want homes more affordable that’s under $100,000 usd look in areas that have no foreign investors such as in the middle of Thailand 🇹🇭 in chai nat,sing buri and in far south Thailand 🇹🇭 in songklha,Trang,hot yai and samet.
Inside needs a little work but that pool area and garden looks so relaxing.
This house is way too dated for 274k... you will have to remodel everything and repaint.
Even the host seems depressed😂... she usually way more excited on showing a home
