They are looking healthy. I have a big tub of cream too and I slather it on and put on cotton gloves to sleep and it has been helping my dry skin

Digging back through my comments. Just now spotted this. I don't like the new(er) set up on YT. I have done the hard gel overlay and I really did like it, until it came time to do a fill. I am no good at making them look seamless. I also really didn't like the removal process. I am still not friendly with my e-file and had filing that stuff off took forever. LOL. I went and purchased a bunch of the cotton gloves and have been doing my creams / lotions and gloves every night since they came in. I am so happy with how well them gloves are helping. Thank y9u for sharing. To me.. it looked like 2 nails were growing and on all the nails / skin around the nails looked a little more hydrated. I just gave up on improving my 4 psoriasis nails. Luckily I haven't had any allergic reactions. Just wear various fake extensions.

3rd and 4th week, your photos show dry skin that is flaking still. You need to use not so much a healing ointment as much as you need a repair cream, like Vaseline Advanced Repair that is formulated to gently moisturize and exfoliate the extra skin. I suggest you change your routine to the following before you go to bed, and after you are done with any activities that involve water in the morning:
1) Nail Oil with Jojoba as primary ingredient (allow to soak in for 20 minutes)
2) Vaseline Intensive Care Advanced Repair Unscented Lotion (allow to soak in for 20 minutes)
3) Finish with petrolatum, a brand name would be Vaseline, it is an occlusive that will seal in steps one and two.
