interesting video, thanks. My quick top-5: Jane's Addiction - Ritual de lo habitual, Pearl Jam - Ten, Boards of Canada - Geogaddi, Air - 10,000hz Legend, Cypress Hill - Cypress Hill
You ever listened to Crowded House? My recommendation albums by them is “Woodface and Together Alone” Probably the only band that come close to The Beatles in terms of melody and songwriting ability.
I’ve listened to a couple of their more popular songs but never done a deep dive on them in any sense of the word. I’ll give them a listen though, thank you for the recommendation!
Couple of good ones in there, Sgt Pepper and War, I loved U2 when I was about 17 to 20, the Bono became a knobhead and I haven’t listened to them since, but War, October, Boy and Unforgettable Fire were brilliant
red house painters is a great pick
Thank you! Their music is just bang on the money for what I wanted to hear at that moment in time.

Thank you! I don’t think I’ve listened to any of these although I have heard of a few. Thank you for the comment though I appreciate it!

Thanks for the comment! I agree, early U2 is the golden era even for me despite enjoying a lot of stuff between the 90s - early 10s.
Didn't realise that Sigur Ros was as old as that! Thought that album was about 2008-09 lmao
I didn’t know them before I listened to it to be fair so I guess it wasn’t a surprise to me. Think it’s a wonderful album though.
Always love hearing you talk about music! your passion is always so infectious! I was actually thinking of making a video similar to this lol
Thank you! And you absolutely should man I’d be slurping those videos up for breakfast if you made them.
