As an African-American/American Black woman, I consider my hair as sacred and spiritual. I love everything about my 4 type C pattern hair. When my hair is in a Afro I feel more connected to GOD and my intuition.
Thank you very interesting! African Americans are the “black pupil of the eye surrounded by the white. In this black pupil you see the reflection of that which is before it, and through it the light of the Spirit shines forth.” -Baha’i Faith ❤️
I was recommended this video. I’m white but have naturally curly hair. The way that you explained the nature of hair and it’s connection to our nervous system makes total sense. My hair did fall out quite a bit after getting c v. It’s growing back but with a different texture. I’m anxious to see if my curls(which I like) grows back. If my hair is off, I actually lose balance. For me, hair is like cat whiskers. So I’ll keep it however it wants to be. Your hair looks beautiful in this Afro style and loc’d. I appreciate this video so much. Thanks for sharing your journey. You’re very calming and reassuring. I guess the AI knew I needed that today. You’re a beautiful person inside and out.😊😊😊
Our hair texture is so ethereal and distinct it sends shock waves through the universe whether our locks are natural, relaxed, twisted or locked❤ 🎉🎉🎉❤Rock the locks you got any way you'd like to!❤
Wow, thank you so much. Lately I've been neglecting my hair and I've just felt so off (bad) even. I'm going to make sure I take good care of my hair from now on. Thank you for the video😊
As a woman of an X race I see my hair as sacred and like a Wifi to my Higher Self. Long hair dates back since before Jesus so even this ascended master had long hair. Native Americans are very much into this practice. I've always loved men with long hair♤♤ they look só masculine with it. I'd love to see my son with long hair but he isn't comfortable in it. You have a beautiful face and hair sis. Blessed Be💚💙💛💜
Thank you for your sweet and thoughtful comment! I agree that long hair is beautiful as well as any length hair. I love the practice of protecting our hair and being mindful of who touches it and what we put it in! Thank you and blessings to you 🙏🏾
Good point. I usually say “Afro-textured hair” because I feel that can apply to all black people as well. But I would say whatever feels most comfortable.
So what your saying goes for everybody's hair. How interesting. and so explains why they always tried to keep black peoples hair off their head or giving them products to keep their hair damage. There by trying to damage or dampen their mental, physical and spiritual perceptions.

Love this video I just hate the term African American. I prefer Black American/American Negro FBA or Freedman
Thanks for your comment and that’s a valid perception 🙌🏾

Yes agreed
Am I the only one who thought about Samsung and Deliliah from listening to this video?
Probably not! That story comes into my mind every time I think about the strength of hair
It's called AFO HAIR PERIOD. And l live in the UK WE All call it a AFO. World wide .
Thank you.
