The unit in my demo is the HT-S350 2.1 channel Sound Bar System..I suggest to perform this resetting to initial status of your Sound Bar to fix some minor issues of your unit and also to de-activate the demo mode of your sound bar just in-case its activated. If the issues cannot fix. Your unit maybe needs for authorized sony service/tech to check..Pls contact your local Sony Authorized Service Ctr.

This is great! I recently relocated the system and switched TVs. I reset both repeatedly but the subwoofer kept powering off. Turning everything off after the reset was key. Thank you!

Completed sequence, no sound comes through sound bar. Pops up on TV screen "switching to external speakers". I can see the tv being turned up and down using the sound bar remote control, however, no sound coming through the soundbar. Any suggestions?

This is one of the worst soundbars in terms of connectivity. I changed my TVs, tried firestick. But i think it's just the soundbar. HDMI arc has recognisablity issues. Sound is good. But it's a shit UX

@@joseenriquejaimesgonzales7946 hay que mantener pulsado el botón de encendido, selección de entrada ( es el que esta al lado del botón de encendido) y volumen + los tres botones al mismo tiempo por 5 segundos y que parpadee 3 veces luego se desenchufa ,lo enchufa vuelve a encender y listo por lo menos a mi me funciono
