Hi Neil, I am having problems with ebays (Australia) automatic returns policy. The customer wanted to return a dropship item. Ebay automatically approved the return without our knowledge. I did not have the opportunity to contact the Dropship company for return approval and arrange an AMR number. The product was returned to my home address and not to the suppliers warehouse. How can I stop ebay from issuing an automatic refund?
