Thank you for the video. For any home cooks who don't have 5 hours,I've cooked ribs on the grill and in the oven at 275 degrees for 90 minutes and then another 90 minutes wrapped with great result. Final glaze for 15 minutes.
My mother's recipe is to bake them at 350 for an hour and 15 minutes. The add the barbecue sauce and bake, uncovered for another half hour. They are always tender and never a problem. I always wondered why people bake these for 3 1/2 hours or more! LOL
I made them last night. I left them in the foil for 20 extra minutes because I like the meat to fall off the bone. They were absolutely delicious thank you so much for the recipe.
I was broken hearted that I no longer have a pellet grill. :(. I love ribs but was skeptical how good they would be compared smoking them. I followed this vid step by step just using my own rubs and sauce and I got to say they were fantastic. Thank You for helping me morn the loss of my pellet grill with great oven ribs! This recipe was so simple and looked so bomb I had to add it to my quarantine grocery list lol and I did! I made 2 slabs of St. Louis ribs. I’m no griller. Never learned and not interested because I have great bbq’rs in my family including hubby. Anyway every now and again I want some ribs and oven ribs are not that good at all compared to grill and that’s just gospel truth. And it’s almost a sin in my family, but I wanted ribs, husband at work so I went for it. Well sir!!!! Your recipe/method was so on point! I too don’t like the “fall off the bone” ribs but I love tender and these were so perfect. I was so nervous but every step was tried and true just like you instructed. The first rack disappeared like it never existed lmbo! My kids devoured suckers which is a good sign. My husband gave a thumbs up. Thank You Thank You Thank You! .
Thanks for continuous great flavor! I continue to make my ribs in this fashion. Sometimes I’ll take a few slices of these cooked ribs and throw them in the air fryer for some extreme glaze/crispness. The oven holds heat better than my grill and the timing is usually spot on. The only times I’m having an issue is when I try to fit 3 racks on my small pan 😅, the Costco I go to sells 3 ribs in one so this always happens. I’ve learned to just season the last rib and wait until the first two are done.

We did exactly as you (but we grabbed a dry run recipe from online as we didn't have any in hand). Both sets of ribs are out of this world. I built my smoker and made these in the oven. I would not use the brown sugar again. But yes salt is great. I love your recipes. Please carry on experimenting and letting us know your results
Well I had my racks of ribs in fridge with my dry rub on, went out to preheat my 2 year old MasterBuilt Smoker and poof, it will not heat up or even turn on! I guess not using for a year made it break down! Then saw your video and now I have hope! Thank you!!

I tried this a few weeks ago and didn't have any apple cider vinegar handy and they still came out amazing. I went shopping this week and now I get to try again with the vinegar, looking forward to seeing how they come out this time :) Thanks Ry!
I follow this same way almost even the temp. But I foil the ribs to keep the juices in....that way you don't have to moisten/baste them. I've done them this way and wrapped in foil and I prefer the foil wrapped, it seems to taste better when cooking in it's own juices.
Nicely done. It's been years since I have cooked ribs in the oven, but having a $2,000 pellet smoker on the back porch makes it hard to cook ribs in the oven. But if it ever breaks down, I got the recipe right here and it looks great. Brown sugar is a must for me on Ribs, I use a brownulated brown sugar and it is wonderful. I am going to send you some, it is hard to get and we have to get it from Pennsylvania in 50 lb bags but we love working with it in our products. Thanks for the shout out for Heaven Made Products. Omg I tried this with a few modifications like I covered the ribs with foil right away, cooked on 300 with Memphis Bbq seasoning for three hours. They were so juicy, flavorful and tender. Thanks for the video, I’m hooked on your channel now. 😃
So many ways to do ribs. This is great, especially if you have a hankering for ribs and it's raining, too hot or cold out, or you don't have outdoor cookers as you mentioned. If you do'em this way a enough times you could probably produce some very good ribs. Therse looked fabulous.

I do my baby back ribs in the oven at 300° for 2 1/2 hours. They come out pretty moist and are just about falling off the bone. That’s how I like it.

I like your technique of cooking without the foil and then wrapping them later in foil. They look great!
I made these without the liquid smoke and they were GREAT! Used my own rub with a brown suger base.
