- Here's what happened at Crankworx Rotorua, and why I couldn't compete in the MTB slopestyle finals, gutted but I'm lucky to be okay after the big crash I had. Cheers everyone!

Good job supporting your athletes. Just came from the recent bts video of the back flip to front flip and the drop gainer and the support you offer and the time you give athletes to prepare and complete tricks safely is so important. Good on you.

Anyway, that's besides the point dude. It's primary function is to protect you from head injuries, and it did that perfectly.

Man, I am so happy that you weren't seriously injured. Your channel is my all time favourite UA-cam channel. I get so much stoke from watching the antics you get up to. Would love to know when you will be in New Zealand Sth Island again. I live in Dunedin but get over to Queenstown often. I love dirt jumping but I'm an absolute squid on vertical jumps. So I mostly look for jump tracks in bike parks. Would be so good to show you around Dunners or tag along in Queenstown. I'm also a physio, so I can help with any injuries!

So pleased you are ok sir. I bought a tsg helmet on the back of you and Sam pilgrim using them. Got hit by a car on my bmx and it saved me from some serious injuries. I guess when you are in the bubble of competition you don’t always appreciate the fans and support you get. Absolute respect to you and just carry on doing what you do. Coming from old knackered 45 year old bmx rider.... you are an unbelievable role model for many people and very inspirational for the youngsters out there. Don’t change a thing.

Concussions are very serious and it's great that Crankworx has a concussion protocol. We as a community shouldn't down play the impact of head injuries. I hope you heal up fast and completely, and I hope your sponsors continue to support you in your next events!

Frustrated for you man, I’m amazed that you’ve come out of this with so little injury as you have. This could have been super terrible and you managed to pull of falling off of a house sized drop. I’m so glad that you wanna travel more and meet more of us, cause it was so amazing to meet you and I’m stoked that others might be able to do the same.
