When I removed my Challenger rear wheel, I was able to use my lift’s rear wheel dropout to lower the wheel out from under the bike without removing the pivot bolt from the rear shock.
Nice video. I've done this on my Vision a couple times but this looks like way more work. So basically it would be at least a 600 dollar job after tire and taxes if you go to the dealer.
Agreed. I've got a Pursuit on order and own an older model Triumph Rocket 3 and the tyre change is way easier than all this! Just a shame Indian didn't go shaft drive, i reckon. 🇦🇺
The pivot bolt fits into the upper part of the shock housing; so you have to adjust the shock to line up with the pivot bolt. I could have provided better instructions on that. Thanks for asking.
Agreed, I did spin the wheel, time lapse and video cut doesn’t show the time rotation that was done. I didn’t want to spend 10-20min on adjustments and rotations. Appreciate the feedback, I should have included that when I started.

@@Hipporider I have an older Triumph Trophy that I like to call Analog. She's not fussy when it comes to maintenance and a pleasure to ride.

What lift is that? The table lift not the pancake jack.
How did you like the Dunlop?
Been great so far, had the opportunity to ride through several storms and rain through the WVA mountains @ 80+ with no issues.🎉
Have you ever used Dyna-Beads? I have been using them for 15 years on my Harley.
I have used them in the past but not this time.
You are supposed to spin the tire backwards while adjusting the belt. You can’t really see the belt run without the wheel moving.

rear shock adjustment ? can you explain what u mean?
This shock adjustment is referring to a manual movement of the shock for the pivot bolt not an actual shock adjustment change to rebound or tension.
What's the name of the tool you used for providing 10lbs of pressure to the belt? 🇦🇺
ABN Belt Tension Gauge - Universal, 10 lbs Specification, Easy to Read
Can you give the torque specs for front and rear brake calipers?
Manual states 31 ft lbs
guy Thanks for your super fast reply.
You wouldn’t rather check for yourself so you know it’s right? 🤡
I’m interested in that front wheel light. Where did you get that?

Veramente poco pratico. Preferisco una moto giapponese.
