Thank you, thank you......some of the more recent vids we've captured will need a bit of an explanation but for those who have followed the series, you'll get the absurdity and why we are putting it out there......kind of like "joy ride" which in itself is a lame video unless you've seen the others. To date, some of the neighbors featured in the vids are experiencing some misfortune. While we never wished any of them ill will, we've noticed they have other things on their minds besides us. Hope it lasts. Such a nice neighborhood outside the "bozone". Best wishes to you and keep smiling'!!!

My neighbor from hell would climb the Pine tree on the property line and "hide" in it dressed in a red shirt and a red hat as I watered my plants. So one day I decided to hose off the pine tree ... The needles we're getting a little dusty. Lol

My neighbor from hell hung himself in his basement last year. His brood moved out and a nice hard working family moved in. He is now at peace and so are we. Perhaps someday you and your family will enjoy a similar scenario.

I just came across your first videos (from 2014) and having been in your shoes a few times, I kept watching the sequence thinking he'd give up after the cop visit only to realize it wasn't the end of it. I needed closure so bad I had to check your channel. I caught myself praying your uploads would have ended by mid 2015 and I can't express how disappointed I am in mankind right now. Kudos for your patience. I'm subscribing to your channel because 1) I hope you go viral and the whole nation bullies them out of their homes to give your neighborhood a good cleansing and 2) I still hope to see an outcome where you get the peace you deserve - and they face some sort of consequence for their actions. Thanks so much for your words of encouragement. We too hope the dynamics will eventually change and the bunch face some consequence. They have already changed a little, one of them is no longer with us, but the others still seem to harbor some strange resentment to us attempting to improve the looks of the neighborhood. We still enjoy the place very much, as we are able to ignore their petty childish behavior, knowing the authorities are well aware, and it will be captured on video. I watched another years long neighbor problem on UA-cam. One day our hero looks out the window and an ambulance is there. The obnoxious neighbor was dead. Wife moved, almost, immediately. End of story.
In my neighborhood we have a law, vehicles must be moved ever 5 days or the get towed...he might just be abiding by the law and rolling his dumpster down the line.
That seems a reasonable explanation... Thing is, with behavior like this guy and his cronies routinely exhibit, "reason" is often a distant second to "petty fixations and hatred".

Nope, haven't given up and sold. They can sell, lol. We don't live here but spend a lot of time between tenants and guests working on projects to continue the upgrade of the property. We've still been reviewing from the last four years and seeing these oddballs doing weird things around our property. Found another one of shutterbugs flipping off the house as he rides his lawnmower past. Probably put that one on soon. Take care.
The City "well aware of his antics" has considered additional no parking signs, or perhaps limited parking, This may be the next option, Funny, the other neighbor (the star of Supporting cast (Pink Panther theme song) who owns the blighted garage directly across, has bragged about the previous tenant of our house, before we owned it, backing in to his car and him collecting an insurance claim. We are sure he is purposely putting an eyesore there to annoy us, but funny thing, it hinders his own access to his own driveway, That is how stupid his antics are, and yes, during this time he was complaining to the city, about "a Truck" that was hindering his access, but failed to tell the City it was his own. i Had a neighbor who didn't allow me and my 5 room mates to park anywhere near his house. He was never home, had one car and had space for 20 cars. If I were in his spot, IDGAF so long as you're respectful

just found your videos and couldn't help but watch all of them back to back . reminded me of my neighbours parking over my drive way all the time had one wanting to assault me for calling the cops . fixed it in the end by getting the council to make a bus stop there ,was a shame it went from my drive way across the two neighbours property's as well . karma's a bitch now they don,t have parking in-front of there places . i think your itch is being scratched in a similar way keep up the good work and stuff them up using the system it'll heart them more than knocking there teeth out .
If they had that street sign removed bc the one neighbor "couldn't pull out of his driveway with it on the opposite side of the street", then you should make the same argument. If you haven't already.
Don't know the exact situation where you live but, where I live parking on street or highway right-of-ways...the land just beside the roadway...is a finable offense unless the streetside is marked for residential parking. The reason is that emergency vehicles cannot gain access to buildings, hydrants, etc. in case of a fire. You might consult the local codes and/or ordinances to see if the City will tow his vehicle as being abandoned or a detriment to emergency vehicles access.

No the NFH does not own the property across, see "Hedge Fun", the owner of the hedge has it pruned several times a year, but the house is a rental, and the frontage on our road is actually the hedge owner's back yard. I believe he would be more concerned if he lived here. Landscaper has to contact NFH to move truck when hedge is pruned. I hope to put out a rough map of area to help explain neighbor ownership. It is a funny shore line area where many properties were broken up over time, subdividing and separating houses from out buildings. Thanks again for watching
We all have different types of artwork or known as work of arts . Mine came in the form of a black flag hanging from our neighbors roof now the form of artwork ended with them putting their heads down when my husband walked over to ask a question about roof repair ever seen grown men turn their heads towards a corner and not have an answer other then no speak English . Funny he asked in Italian .!
Check your city ordinances for how long a vehicle has to be in one spot to be considered abandoned -7,14,30 days. Then don’t call anyone, don’t do anything except film . Go to the police station about an abandon vehicle in your neighborhood, show the videos/photos. They come out put a ticket on it and call the tow truck that will pick it up from any location on the block if they move it after the ticket. Tow trucks go off the plate. If they want the truck back they will have to explain to the court why they left it there, pay a fine. If you don’t want to do that, then take the same photos to a lawyer and sue them for harassment. Your vids clearly show they have space in front of their property but they go out of their way to bother/harass you.
I have never heard of a town not having the ordinance you speak of. Yet this one doesn't seem to have it on the books. I can't believe the police would not know about it. There may be something in the state statutes that kick in if a town doesn't have an ordinance. We can always appeal to the city council and perhaps add to the parking ordinances. The neighbor who owns the hedge is not happy with the truck left there either. We couldn't believe this moron told the public works director that a truck parked here was impeding his driveway access. He was trying to get them to take out the post so he could start cutting through and doing damage again.
Livin Surfside - if everyone has a driveway, you could partition the city works people to put up no parking signs around the neighborhood. That way everyone has to park in their driveways. Or You could get a tow company to put up privet property authorized people only others will be towed at owners expense and risk. Or Contact the city and let them know that this guy parks there and it stops you from getting in/out safely could they put up a no parking sign for the length of your driveway. The owner of the property also lets them know his actions are damaging his property. See if they will put up the sign at. I cost to you. None of this has to go through the courts just public works or whoever handles your roads. If he removes the signs, your video would show that, he then gets fined. Those signs are expensive too.
Our city would mark the tire if they see a vehicle parked in same spot not moving...especially this eye sore. Then they come back in 3 days if not moved it's towed.
Wouldn't it be an awful pity of that truck mysteriously caught fire during the night and burnt out completely? At least you would catch it on your security cameras. Unless they also mysteriously broke down on that occasion.

back as i was a child we had on the other side of the road neighbors like you have. they were parking on other peoples proberty but complaining when we or our next neughbors got guests for grilling or other activities. One day our direct neighbor put a few huge rocks on the border of his property so these asshole neighbors were not able to park there anymore. they were complaining about that, but the city said it was legal. years later these two NFH were surrounded by people who builted fences around their proberties and owned dogs, shepard dogs and bigger. so no more walking into other peoples garden when they are not at home :)

If I knew where this was and lived close, I might just go do it myself actually. Most people who have never slashed tires before think it's gonna be loud like an explosion or something but it's not....just the sound of air. There's something kinda therapeutic about it. It was up in "hedge fun". We installed ourselves so it took a little time. It was a tough decision because we have a deeded right of way through the morons driveway so we had to protect it by putting in three gateways. Haven't built the gates yet. If you watched "stake out", you'll notice he was putting in a fence to totally block our right of way. Fortunately, we didn't have to sue because the historic district commission made him take them out. We applied to the commission to place an appropriate style fence and of course we built it with our deeded right of way in mind. To save face, so to speak, the NFH had a real estate attorney send a letter to the commission explaining the stakes were going to be a fence to keep our trashcans out of the NFH driveway. This was a total fabrication. If you've seen "mothers day clown" , you'll notice the NFH is putting in little strings and stakes across our walkways and there are no trashcans. Our fence has been in 2 or 3 years now.

mommy2libras I just commented a few minutes ago about my concern for their safety. This guy just really seems like he has some kind of mental disorder considering his obsession. He's definitely showing signs that something is wrong with him upstairs. No sane person acts this way in my opinion.
i Had a neighbor who didn't allow me and my 5 room mates to park anywhere near his house.
He was never home, had one car and had space for 20 cars.

yep. this NFH has reserved parking in front of his house, parking for two behind our house as well as a garage yet he parks across from our drive to be an ass.
looks like that you should have the city come back and put a No Parking sign there

just found your videos and couldn't help but watch all of them back to back . reminded me of my neighbours parking over my drive way all the time had one wanting to assault me for calling the cops . fixed it in the end by getting the council to make a bus stop there ,was a shame it went from my drive way across the two neighbours property's as well . karma's a bitch now they don,t have parking in-front of there places .
i think your itch is being scratched in a similar way keep up the good work and stuff them up using the system it'll heart them more than knocking there teeth out .

Don't know the exact situation where you live but, where I live parking on street or highway right-of-ways...the land just beside the roadway...is a finable offense unless the streetside is marked for residential parking. The reason is that emergency vehicles cannot gain access to buildings, hydrants, etc. in case of a fire.
You might consult the local codes and/or ordinances to see if the City will tow his vehicle as being abandoned or a detriment to emergency vehicles access.

No the NFH does not own the property across, see "Hedge Fun", the owner of the hedge has it pruned several times a year, but the house is a rental, and the frontage on our road is actually the hedge owner's back yard. I believe he would be more concerned if he lived here. Landscaper has to contact NFH to move truck when hedge is pruned. I hope to put out a rough map of area to help explain neighbor ownership. It is a funny shore line area where many properties were broken up over time, subdividing and separating houses from out buildings. Thanks again for watching

I had a nfh and i put up 80" of privacy fence, not long after his house burnt down so I took the fence down. Happy ending

I am sure you have been asked and you have answered but I have been unable to find what type of camera's you use.
We all have different types of artwork or known as work of arts . Mine came in the form of a black flag hanging from our neighbors roof now the form of artwork ended with them putting their heads down when my husband walked over to ask a question about roof repair ever seen grown men turn their heads towards a corner and not have an answer other then no speak English . Funny he asked in Italian .!

Check your city ordinances for how long a vehicle has to be in one spot to be considered abandoned -7,14,30 days. Then don’t call anyone, don’t do anything except film . Go to the police station about an abandon vehicle in your neighborhood, show the videos/photos. They come out put a ticket on it and call the tow truck that will pick it up from any location on the block if they move it after the ticket. Tow trucks go off the plate.
If they want the truck back they will have to explain to the court why they left it there, pay a fine.
If you don’t want to do that, then take the same photos to a lawyer and sue them for harassment. Your vids clearly show they have space in front of their property but they go out of their way to bother/harass you.
I have never heard of a town not having the ordinance you speak of. Yet this one doesn't seem to have it on the books. I can't believe the police would not know about it. There may be something in the state statutes that kick in if a town doesn't have an ordinance. We can always appeal to the city council and perhaps add to the parking ordinances. The neighbor who owns the hedge is not happy with the truck left there either. We couldn't believe this moron told the public works director that a truck parked here was impeding his driveway access. He was trying to get them to take out the post so he could start cutting through and doing damage again.
Livin Surfside - if everyone has a driveway, you could partition the city works people to put up no parking signs around the neighborhood. That way everyone has to park in their driveways. Or
You could get a tow company to put up privet property authorized people only others will be towed at owners expense and risk.
Or
Contact the city and let them know that this guy parks there and it stops you from getting in/out safely could they put up a no parking sign for the length of your driveway. The owner of the property also lets them know his actions are damaging his property. See if they will put up the sign at. I cost to you.
None of this has to go through the courts just public works or whoever handles your roads.
If he removes the signs, your video would show that, he then gets fined. Those signs are expensive too.

Our city would mark the tire if they see a vehicle parked in same spot not moving...especially this eye sore. Then they come back in 3 days if not moved it's towed.

You have video evidence of him driving his truck with an unsecured load. Surely that must be an offence of some by law.
Wouldn't it be an awful pity of that truck mysteriously caught fire during the night and burnt out completely?
At least you would catch it on your security cameras. Unless they also mysteriously broke down on that occasion.

back as i was a child we had on the other side of the road neighbors like you have. they were parking on other peoples proberty but complaining when we or our next neughbors got guests for grilling or other activities.
One day our direct neighbor put a few huge rocks on the border of his property so these asshole neighbors were not able to park there anymore. they were complaining about that, but the city said it was legal.
years later these two NFH were surrounded by people who builted fences around their proberties and owned dogs, shepard dogs and bigger. so no more walking into other peoples garden when they are not at home :)

If I knew where this was and lived close, I might just go do it myself actually. Most people who have never slashed tires before think it's gonna be loud like an explosion or something but it's not....just the sound of air. There's something kinda therapeutic about it. You sounded like someone's psycho ex-girlfriend. And you have plenty of experience slashing car tires. I will put you in the same category as his NFH.
What you need to do is get a couple of cars and park so close on both sides so he can't get out. Block him in.
a law enforcement officer suggested something similar. we just don't want to stoop to his level. he deserves what he gets though.

Just notice the fence in your side yard. When did that go up?
It was up in "hedge fun". We installed ourselves so it took a little time. It was a tough decision because we have a deeded right of way through the morons driveway so we had to protect it by putting in three gateways. Haven't built the gates yet. If you watched "stake out", you'll notice he was putting in a fence to totally block our right of way. Fortunately, we didn't have to sue because the historic district commission made him take them out. We applied to the commission to place an appropriate style fence and of course we built it with our deeded right of way in mind. To save face, so to speak, the NFH had a real estate attorney send a letter to the commission explaining the stakes were going to be a fence to keep our trashcans out of the NFH driveway. This was a total fabrication. If you've seen "mothers day clown" , you'll notice the NFH is putting in little strings and stakes across our walkways and there are no trashcans. Our fence has been in 2 or 3 years now.
