A pursuit that began when a driver was moving too slowly in the HOV lane had a dramatic ending when CHP officers attempted a 3rd PIT maneuver that flipped the car over.
Where’s Trooper Byrd aka Pitmaster from Arkansas State Patrol when you need him?

I'm convinced that LA law enforcement is a comedy show. And, I've been in bumper cars that hit with more force than these pit maneuvers. Atleast no one was hurt.

That cop knows if ya pit a light pick up truck or car to hard it will flip. The cop was being nice and using a controlled amount of force just enough to end the chase. Kudos to their training. That driver forced the cops to use more force.
That was FOUR, not three PIT maneuvers. Sloppy work.
YES, that was FOUR pit maneuvers. The third one was very brief and I guess the reporter couldnt tell with the tree in the way.
I'll never understand why police forces don't have The Grappler device installed on their bumper?
This technology exists to bring a slow/close chase to a resolution instantly without PIT maneuvers which can ruin stolen cars.
I don't see any police forces using it. I don't think it works as well as they advertise.
you would think that with the number of these chases that they have, the cops would be better at dealing with them
The local tv networks won’t allow it because these chases are ratings gold, and the longer the chase, the more money they make.

Where are the Arkansas State Trooper? or the Florida State Trooper? or the Georgia State Highway Patrol? CHP (California) needs them.

The driver should be taken out immediately to avoid a very dangerous pursuit. I will never understand why it's not standard policy to do that
