I remember as a child in the 1950s seeing in Donald Duck comics depictions of dancing people in such outlandish poses I wondered if it was real or just an exaggeration for artistic effect. Now I see what they were drawing!
My mom would talk about doing the jitter bug back in the day. This made me smile. I so miss her.
