It's so refreshing to hear another Ghanaian saying positive things about our fellow Ghanaians. We're not perfect but we Ghanaians are not as bad as we sometimes portray ourselves

DJ Nyame, this lady is a realist and I am in the same "shoes" as hers. I have been married for the 24yrs, n years husband lives in NY and I live here in Ghana with our two gentlemen (children) who go on vacations and back and will be going for their university education there. I went to the US but didn't like it there but have a very good paying job here in Ghana. Concerning long distance marriage, we are really enjoying because we understand each other very well just like this lady Andrena said. You are doing h a goodd work. Big up✌🏼

Easy?? Show me how it's "easy". I've been an RN (BScN) for 25 years here in Canada and there's nothing easy about it😂
The money is fairly good but the job itself is extremely stressful.

@a.konadu4010 you've just confirmed that the money is Good (fairly😂).
Every good package comes with its stressful side.
Gold cannot rain from the skies ✨️.
      Stressful MONEY is better 😂.
Peace and Love to you my dear Sister 🎉

@tomofosu4081 please my deepest apologies for slightly harsh presentation.
But I still buy into Kwame's assumption.
He isn't implying that the volume and workload in Nursing is low and easy to handle. No.
He meant Overseas Governments have soft spots for Immigrants and students who are into Nursing and the medical sectors in general.
It is easier for their Immigration status to be approved or let me say faster. I don't know about now but sometime ago th UK Government had some state financial adjustment specifically for Nurses to enable them buy Homes and properties.
Chances of getting jobs after school is so high as you rightly admitted. And the money is SLIGHTLY ok as our Sister also confirmed.
The bad news is that the workload is too much and can burn you out as you revealed...
The Good news is demand for nurses and medical professionals are so high that chances of failing to secure jobs and work permits are very very low.
Also because the workload and stressful nature of the profession, the locals seem to abandon it thus leaving the field mostly to the outsiders.
It is a Purely sacrificial profession and has mandatory respect and recognition by Every advanced Civilised Government and Societies as a whole.
I stand to be corrected if this isn't What the argument is about.
      Peace to all Humanity. 🌎
      Love to all Nurses. 🌷
And Tranquility to all Mankind 🙏
