In this concert, and most of the rest, she has double kick drums. Yet, in this video, she has a double peddle, hammering on just one kick. Does she use the second kick? Does she have yet another peddle for the second kick? Is the second kick just for show? Facts please!

I saw their almost every live show available on video and I pretty certain Haruna uses double pedal system even if she has double bass drums kit. If you watch closely you will see that only one bass drum resonate. Skilled drummers say that using two separate bass drum pedals instead double pedal system not worth the effort since tuning two bass drums is pretty hard task comparing the benefit in sound they bring. So in Haruna's case second bass drum is just for show.

just in case anyone wonders why her kit is so HUGE - watch one of her drum cam videos and you will see her use everything there. i especially love her use of the ice bell in this song.
