In it, Miyako apologizes to Asami, for the high note vocals, and Haruna, for the crazy drum beats and speed. Plus, to see them having fun doing it is fun to watch. If I can add another song, Thunder Vengeance will give you a great concert intro vibe.

This was the first Lovebites song I heard. A friend had recommended that I might like them, so, I had a look on YT. I have to admit that I was rather put off by the thumbnails. Seeing these 'girly' Japanese ladies in white dresses, I thought it was going to be some kind of J Pop. However, decided to trust my friend and picked what was then the most recent video on Lovebites official YT channel, which was Winds of Transylvania. I can only describe the experience as being akin to getting hit by an express train 😄 I've been a huge fan ever since, I'm going to see them play in London in just over 5 weeks. Winds of Transylvania was written as the opening to a crazy Japanese Anime series, Vlad Love. It's available to watch on YT if you are into Anime. It's utterly bonkers, but does contain many references to classic films (movies) that made it interesting for me. 🤘🐺
This is one of the ones where the MV came out and some people were skeptical they could do it live. Nothing to worry about, they nailed it and then some. Thanks for checking this out.
Miyako (guitar) reported on her X that she gave birth to a baby girl six months after this concert. And while the band was on hiatus, Asami (vocalist) also got married and gave birth to a girl.
A comment about these wonderful ladies from Lovebites...they don't have a bad or mediocre song, and when in a group one day you think a song is the best, the next day another, the next day another...they are really good ....and with the merit of, being faithful to his style, always doing something different.
If you want more like Set The World On Fire do the songs like Break the Wall, Hammer of Wrath, M. D. O. want a super progressive song that starts as a ballad nd ends up solid thrash check out Edge of the World.

That EP I understand why they made videos of title track Glory to the world and Wind's of Translvania but I wish they had made videos also or live performances of Paranoia and Dystopia Symphony but to this day those 2 remain audio tracks and still are 2 of my favorites the audies are worth a listem I beliver there's a fanmade video to Dystopia Symphony.
Ordinary I like their live performances, but there are a few I like the music videos, this is one of them having an anime tied to it. Others I'd recommend with official music video is Stand and Deliver and Shadowmaker. For live performances that go hard I recommend Thunder Vengeance and Break the Wall.

They didn't play "Empty Daydream" on "Five of a Kind," they've only played it on "Daughters of the Dawn" and "Invitation to the Theater," both from 2019.
Organized chaos at its finest. People saw the MV which is the intro to the anime VLADLOVE (no guitar solos in anime songs....LOL) and said great but they can't play that LIVE......LMAO. Proof that these insanely talented musicians can play anything they want wherever they want.
The fact that I really, really like all their songs is why I hold LOVEBITES in such high esteem. Hopefully after this years world tour we will get an official live video of Soldier Stands Solitarily. Then you'll see a fast one 😊🤘.

I always love Lovebites live, but in this particular case I'll have to recommend listening to the studio version of this song, sound-wise it is much more richer than the live version.
Fun reaction. I feel the studio version/music video is simply better for this particular song, despite this live version being amazing. It really makes this song show its true nature of controlled chaos.
Also kinda trippy is seeing ""Ningen Isu" mv of "Heartless Scat" because they are older guys that have been metal since early 80s Japan and still perform. At this point nothing will compare to Lovebites but there is still 40 years of Japanese metal and rock to binge on, ha ha. For fast "Asterism" , for metal with Violin try "Unlucky Morpheus" and "East of Eden".
A bit meh one imo, you need better recommendations ;) a matter of taste of course, but tried to pick the best ones and order them too: Trash metal: "Hammer of Wrath", "Break the wall", "Stand and Deliver" OMV ( Lovebites in casual costumes and behind the scenes footage are a treat ) Kind of ballads, with epic and fast instrumental sections: "Empty Daydream", "Edge of the World", "Liar" from Knocking at heavens Gate, Power metal: "Shadowmaker" OMV ( my favourite, the best solo section and unfortunately no live version does it justice ), "Swan Song" older version with Chopin intro ( the new performance is poorly mixed, you can barely hear guitar solos and piano ), "Nameless Warrior" official live, "Glory to the World" OMV, "When Destinies Allign" OMV.
Great song. It's fun to play on bass, especially the part from 4:34 to 4:46 between the solos. There are two videos for this, the VLADLOVE version is a video with inserts from an anime called "VLADLOVE" which apparently only got one season. The official video has shots of the band interspersed with a red-eyed Asami looking beautiful in black and wandering a set designed to look like the interior of a castle. Lastly, this is one of the few times you'll see Midori *_not_* playing an ESP guitar.

I think that Babymetal deserves a best in their own category. Bringng excellent dance to metal with epic lives where the audience is joyfully entranced. Beautiful and Kawaii singing blended perfectly with melodic speed metal.
Concerning fast or slow songs, I like both and you can't put only fast songs in an album or that will be quieckly boring. You must have a good mix to make a good album.
