happy to see you out and about. We're all rooting for you, and can't wait to see you with Adam and the smokies crew out in the mountains rippin'!
Fingers crossed.
Matt is the kind of guy that pays extra to rush-rush the shipment just to drive the car months later 😜
I can hear the amount of joy it brings you. Truly happy for you brother.
Finally - no more black wheels!
100% happy for you Matt . So good to hear your description of perfection.
Do my eyes deceive me or do I spot a crown on the clasp of Matt’s watch? Really stepped into the “gentleman’s” role in this one 👍🏾
Don't we all wear Rolex to the church? 😅😅😅
Great to see you driving! Exercise is a great start to feeling good. I wish more people would understand this
So happy to see that you’re happy behind the BG 992. My favorite episode in quite a while
That was such a pleasure to watch. Someone who truly loves this car and appreciates it. Like watching a really good guitar player. You can see in his face how he feels. Kinda of 5he same watching you. Good luck with everything and keep these videos coming. I have been in love with Porsche since I was about ten years old. I won’t say I’ll never have one but it’s a dream of mine.
Thanks for taking along for the ride in that gorgeous car, looks stunning and sounds amazing, love to see that smile on your face 😁😁😁
Hey Matt, been watching your content since shopping for an F80 M3 ( I purchased a Mineral White one back in 2016, sold in 2018 since my wife and I were purchasing our first home ). GT3 is the dream car for me, but I'm super happy with all the blessing I have in life currently. Glad to hear you're doing better managing the OCD lately and great to see you enjoying the amazing ride!
It's so good to see you smile behind the wheel, enjoying your pride and joy.
Congratulations . Cars like that to put a smile on your face is priceless
congrats Matt! Wishing you much enjoyment with that beautiful GT3!
One of my dream cars. Been loving Porsche for about 20 years now, can't wait to get behind the wheel of one.
Happy to see you enjoying the drive!!!
This is great, Matt! I was just watching Adam’s video in the Smokies showing off the pressure washer you installed at the lodge. I have a feeling the next time you are up there you will be in a 992 RS!
Thanks for sharing this special drive - it is appreciated 👍
Looking great Matt, what you’re doing is clearly working phenomenally!
I feel great.
Matt, I love your enthusiasm for Porsche 911. I love these cars as well and would love to have a 991 911 GT3 RS. My passion is shared thru your love of Porsche.
Consistent hard work! There is no substitute. Congrats and enjoy
Glad to know you are doing better.
It’s a good day when Matt’s behind the wheel. Glade to see you driving brother 🙏🏻💪🏻
It sure is.
Glad to see you see you driving again!
Can’t wait to see the Dundon header install and drive.
9:44 Damnn. Gotta love a nice Porsche. Been a huge fan of these since the 997 models. And they still sound and look so perfect! Porsche deserves all the love / respect for always bringing outt such beautiful machines, even in the year 2023, still doing big things. 😎 I'm amazed even just looking at the seats. 😂 Thanks for always uploading these driving vlogs for us Matt. 😎
love it ! Nice to see you ripping the GT3!
Thanks for the ride! Love everything Porsche, especially the Touring. Fantastic spec!
Glad you enjoyed it.
Congratulations on the weight loss and progress in general. It's awesome to see someone actually go out and get it done with their fitness journey.
Can really see your passion shining through, thanks for sharing 👍
You bet!
Dream spec right there, even the perfect color! Great drive, great car! Enjoy!
Luv to see you out getting it!
Yep! Been lucky to drive my friends GT4RS Wiesach car and his 992 GT3 Touring 6-speed recently and I get what you are saying. They are a different kind of car than other things ive owned and driven. My GTS is great though. I say the same stuff you were saying during this drive while im driving my car haha. So good. Glad to see you ripping the Brewster w a smile on your face man!
wearing a submariner, a polo, and jeans! What does the shoe game look like? Most importantly you are driving! Can't wait to hear the new exhaust.
Finally! Thanks for sharing Matt. Someday . .
Love to see it …hope to continue to see you more comfortable in your cars and enjoy the fruits of your labor 👍🏻
I hope so too.
This car has so much passion wow absolute machine
Glad to see you're doing good.
Yes absolutely I beautiful GT3 T
Congratulations on your health, a positive attitude allways increases your stress levels, it's important my OCD
Congrats! I have a manual 992 GT3 as well (winged). I also have a 992 GT3 RS and GT4 RS. They are all uniquely amazing but my manual 992 GT3 is my favorite. Recently sold my 992 GT3 Cup car. Wife drives a Macan S. We have a couple of other cars but we're definitely a Porsche family!
I'm glad for you. You seem to be on the road to a healthier life.
Car sounds fantastic. Happy to see you back on the road!!
If I could offer one suggestion it would be to do a little walk around before you jump in the car. I’d love to see the car before you drive it.
Awesome Matt!
Matt….after the paint correction, you’ve earned a good ride. 👍
I’ve been having issues driving my car as well. I bought an R35 GT-R my dream car. Found a stock 2013 Black edition 10k mile example. So scared to drive it. Tried to get over it by taking it out to lunch. And while parked someone backed into it. Dented the front of it. Worst nightmare. Took 2 months to get it fixed. I got the car back and the anxiety is worse than ever. Still need to get it ppfed and ceramic coated again. I hope someday I’ll be able to enjoy it again.
Can’t wait to hear the exhaust.
A Happy MMM (triple M or M^3) Matt Moreman Moment . Awesome Saturday drive. Sonically perfect
Great video! I'll buy the Brewster off of you after I finish law school... Kidding, blessings. Thanks for all the content over the years, been watching since the 2014 GT3.
Ha ha.. man I don't see myself getting rid of this one any time soon.
I’ve been considering a cold plunge myself. Figured it would be more beneficial than our hot tub that rarely gets used.
This video and Adam's video definitely a great promo for Porsche..
Nice to see tou drive the car again!! Great spec!! About the valves, get the Carpgraphic valve controller and you can open them up when you want or drive stock!!
Good idea.
I like the gentlemen's OG polo shirt to go with the gentlemen's sports automobile.
lol This whole time I thought Matt’s ocd had to deal with wanting to be neat and organized but glad I saw this video. Man, I was way off. Never knew it actually dealt with his anxiety while driving.
Love that color on the Touring GT3
Awesome car Matt
Your looking good Matt I really need to get myself back in shape
OMG! A collared shirt, long pants, and a watch!
Dressed for church.
That car is so damn good.
My ATS-V had no lift shift - it’s definitely a learning curve when you’re full throttle to not lift
This car is so good.
congrats man
congrats, beautifully speced.
Best UA-cam channel out
Looking slimmer Matt. Reminds me that I need to get after it.
Nice, watch. It goes perfect with the car.
Yes it does.
Matts driving to his job at Best Buy to sell car stereos
Well done.
I got to drive (rent) a PDK GT3 at Dream Cars in Vegas. 12 laps with an instructor. What a blast. Beautiful car. There would be something, though, about having to do extensive paint correction on a $12,000 paint job on a $300,000 car that just wouldn't sit well with me... lol
I suffer from panic attacks while driving also and it sometimes takes the fun away from driving my 992 GTS. Would love to hear your plan on combating them. Congrats on your gorgeous GT3!
Same, be very interested in hear more on this
I'm glad to hear you're going to church Matt! It's so important to be close to God, especially in these times 🙏
I’m so glad you’re finally out in the GT3 Touring , it’s fantastic. Also I am really loving the OG Polo shirt . Are they available in the store? . Love the channel Matt , thanks.
I don't have this one in the store. Maybe I should.
@@ObsessedGarage I definitely think you should , it’s just perfect gentlemen spec above an OG t shirt.
@@ObsessedGarage You’re welcome
If you ever consider selling, I will be seeing you ! As you specified, so I would have !
Keep it up skinny man!
You have to try Kline Inconel Exhaust with 200cell , nothing comes close in sound quality
Damn Matt, that polo gave me Merrill Lynch video flashbacks haha!
I was going to ask you if there’s a huge steering difference on this one I’m glad you mentioned the tramLining how do you like the manual versus the PDK Matty? Obviously the manual must be more engaging to drive ect.. Mark told me he ordered that suspension controller for his 15 GT3 he noticed a huge difference.
I did the full dundon with titanium loud with the cargraphic controller. Hope you like it as much as I do!
Matt is a Tyler Childers Fan?! Hell Yeah! Great Taste in Cars and Music.
Sorry just heard the pre church comment. Keep up the amazingness.. will keep buying.
Matt, you are getting in shape pal. It appears you’ve lost some weight! Keep it up 👍💪🏋🏻♂️. Car is epic. It needs an exhaust! Cheers/B
Yeah.. I'm finally down into the 220's for the first time since 2014.
I didn’t realize how rare that sapphire blue GT3 that you had Matt, my buddy Mark the guy that works for Tesla told me that that color they only made or at least import at 130 units of that car and Mark was saying his 15 GT 3 ( is that a .1???) in his blue I can’t remember his color name they only brought in like 40 something models into the US!
I started having panic attacks during a time when i was very stressed. They would happen cyclically, during the same time each day. Then they spontaneously stopped.
With the “Uncle Matty” fit.
Matts music taste>>> heard that Tyler Childers at the beggining
I love getting to see the 992 touring! What company makes that shirt? Looks nice and not too thick. I looked on your store but don’t see one otherwise I’d just buy one to find out. Thanks!
I’m the opposite to you in many ways but I sure do appreciate that car and spec 👌 sweet!
Good work Matt. Just ordered a lots of randomness from you guys. What’s up with the jeans!? No homo but no way it’s that’s cold in Florida.
It's starting to cool down.
When I visited your garage and saw that car and its specs, I was excited for you. Fantastic color combo for sure.
I think that's the most dressed up I've seen Matt. haha
Holy crap Matt is wearing jeans…. and a power shirt….
Porsche mis-labled the Sport Exhaust button. At least on the GT4 ( and probably also on the GT3), what that button REALLY does other than open the valves at idle, is turn on/off the piped in Sound Symposer valve for the intake noises. I know this for a fact on the GT4, but not sure about the GT3.
There is a schematic floating around on Rennlist in the 718 GT4 section of the entire Sound Symposer circuit. The button SHOULD have been called "piped in intake" button
Finally Matt entered the watch game!
I've been trying it out.
Hey Matt, just a question: judging by the video it seems you don't follow break-in procedure on the engine? Why is that? Close friend of mine picked up his GT3T this past weekend and we were discussing this matter extensively. Friend is eager to take it to 9k. Thanks!
I don't see the point. What happens to the engine at 1,000 miles that is different than the engine at 500 miles? Back in the 90s there was a ton a talk about ragging the engine out right from the get-go to seat the piston rings. I've never followed that procedure, but just basic driving and varying RPMs has always worked for me.
That thing is awesome. Curious if you have any interest in the 911 S/T? That would be my idea of perfection. The manual RS engine in a Touring body. 😍
I'd love to have that.
Matt, New GT4 w/ soul over axle, 1,100 miles. I have read of power loss when disconnecting / unplugging valve tubes to exhaust. Any experience with power loss? To be honest my main complaint is how loud the vales are when opening and closing, not a pleasant sound when all the ear pleases to hear is manual shifter and gas. Long time viewer, customer, and aspirer, many thanks on input!
I didn't notice any immediate power loss with this new setup. If there was anything lost it was next to nothing in my case.

Sounds about right
nice. hows the shift compared to the 718 gt4/spyders?
It's a different experience. The gearing is shorter. The shift linkage does feel a little lighter. I prefer the engagement of the GT4.
The spec is great, don’t forget to run in the engine
No thanks. I just drive it.
11:00 - We did the same 70% ceramic XPEL heat-rejecting tint all around on our E91 (my first real experience with getting a car tinted myself) and it's nearly perfect, except headlights and similar viewed through the windshield have distinct red-yellow-green apparitions above and below at a distance which slowly converge as the oncoming vehicle gets closer. Is this something you've noticed? It seems like something the installer should have told me, or I should have known about. I probably would not have had the windshield tinted had I known this would happen... :(
XPEL window tint is pretty much junk. I really don't it, but I like my guy too much to change. It always has distortions and bubbles that we never have with Llumar films.
Does the 991.2 GT3 have no lift shift? Or is it new to only the 992.
It's available in the 991.2 as well.
