if you use more forearm and less shoulder in your fh stroke it gonna be much more explosive and you'll get back to neutral position faster. doing such a large fh motion doesn't give you neither acceleration nor spin just put you out of balance and make the area between FH and BH too wide. it is not necessery to finish with your elbow in front of your face. it is ok if you finish with the wrist in front of you. any way nice and informative video.. english subtitles will be appreciated :)

Skyline TG2 was promoted by Ma Lin. The Skyline TG3 series was promoted by Ma Long. May both of them be penhold players. However, I know some people who used this cladding for the European style.
