Overall I would suggest narzo 30.
Note 10s has an OLED display and narzo 30 has 90hz LCD display. I would give an edge to narzo 30 because of the better software experience from realme compared to redmi. Both are almost similar phones from different brands. Don't expect stellar camera performance from either of these phones. Also if you can wait, note 11 series is around the corner. Base model note 11 is expected at around 15k range.
