    As a design engineer in my younger days I designed mills and calendars. But never ever worked on in real production, I would so love to do this for a day or two. Very hypnotic.

      All kinds of things. Wires, hoses, o rings and seals, cake molds and baking sheets. It’s also apparently very popular in the cannabis industry for cannabis extract accessories as well as pipes and bongs

    Serious question: are the rollers hot or is the rubber mixed at room temperature? I would imagine they have some controlled temperature?

      Milling creates heat so some mills have water cooling but silicone is pretty soft and the rollers aren’t too close so he may not need cooling for this.

      @@MichaelYoung-q6v yeah, but that’s machining, removing metal. In this case I think the silicone has to be heated up to some warmer temp
