the problem is that there is lots of distractions everywhere in the house ,outside, and even in the room ........and the 10 min break which u told always goes long long long .....now when our mood is to study no one can make us distract but the real thing is we dont want to study due to our phone and right now also i want to study but im busy with my laptop keeping my books and notebooks aside ................ but one thing that always disturb me that if im using phone i feel like im not studying but if i start studying i feel like i am getting tired and bored
Y’all can do this : Give your device to someone in your family or someone so you don’t get tempted to use it. IF YOU CAN delete the apps that distract you the most. Take breaks every 1 hour or 2. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself Stay in a quiet place ( your room, library, friends house. Etc.)

I do this thing that Whenever I have task I would reward myself by watching UA-cam or dramas Like I will complete a chapter of chem and bio and then only I will watch an episode of F4 Thailand And I do my study session online so It’s a great way and I didn’t get distracted
i don't study whole semester but the day before my exam my brain get reawakened and i study for 20 hours ending up completing 4 months of syllabus in 2 days

It won't work unless you put your mind to it. Cause no one is there to stop us from getting distracted. It's us who needs to refrain. I know even if we think and make study plan. Still we need to work on it if we won't then it's a waste of making study plan.
But I use my phone,computer,tablet to study bc all my studies are now online... But I do take paper to help me and once i understand it or figure it out i write it in my notebook so I have an easier time to do it and so I never forget it
