Now pandemic is gone & Byju's lost a large customer base....The huge takeover spree that it embarked on during pandemic is not yielding projected result..... In any country changing the academic system is a slow process….. Byju’s thought that it could make the system change in a few years…. But it was not to be….

Why isn't the interviewer asking her about the toxic work culture in BYJUs? The constant harassment + abuse that employees have to face every single day and are paid peanuts for toiling like donkeys.
Someone should interview one of the ex-investors/ex-executives/embattled lenders also, just to have a contrast between how they perceive the company to fare going ahead, and the founders' constant attempt to paint a rosy picture that 'everything is resolved'/'numbers are improving' without specifying anything regarding the more thorny issues.
