Sorry for the crash its frustrating for certain. But you are not alone spending time at the bench believe me LOL. Do some sim work and don't use that stability junk it will just teach you horrible habits. Worst thing to ever happen to RC helis is that stability nonsense. Heli's are awesome don't give up you're not crazy at all!
Thank you so much for the support! Really appreciate it. Not going to give up and I’ll be practicing all summer. Hopefully get more skill this year lol
I learned my lesson a while ago. I had very expensive crashes in the cold. I flew the first years in the hobby in snow actually and it was bad. I never had actual glitches but I did crash because my fingers were numbing and plastic broke very easily due to being cold and more brittle. Just give it some time, but it's cool that you are learning. Sometimes there is no other way than to live through it yourself. Keep going!
It was so weird!!! It sounded like it lost power then just drifted away and i couldn’t control it, wouldn’t let me. I learned that i can’t fly in 20 below weather lol. Appreciate you watching my videos! Hope you have an awesome day!
Hello slikblackant, I really like your videos you have a great attitude towards the heli hobby. I too like you am relatively new to flying helicopters and am really only interested at this time in only flying scale with with just some loops and flips as I get better in time. I just wanted to let you know my experience so far with blade helicopters. I started out with the nano s3 which I feel is excellent in learning with. I then got into the 150s and 230s because I already had a spectrum radio and it was easy to just bind and fly. However I was starting to get very depressed with the hobby because I was spending so much money on parts for the blade helis, Everytime I even had a small crash or hard landing something would break. I was on the phone with a hobby shop trying to figure out an issue with my blade heli and he expressed to me that I should really try an omp. Anyway long story short I ended up getting the omp m2 and have been so impressed. The quality is night and day. Not that im proud of it but I have crashed it a couple times trying new moves and literally have not broken one part and it still flys like day one.
Thank you! Really appreciate that. Yeah blade helis do break very easy. This soft crash broke my servo gears and a blade… I’m definitely going to start looking at other brands. I do really love blade but like you said just break way too easily.
MINE DID THE SAME THING. When I crashed my helicopter it kept going backwards even when I went forward with the stick's. And I hit the safe button and It didn't level out. But once I rebuilt it and flew it again for a sec it seemed to fly fine so idk.
Get a Goosky RS4. You be amazed. I have the 230s smart and the fusion 180 smart and the 330s. The 330s is flying great now but i did have big problems with her out of the box. She was all over the place. The fusion 180 smart is good, no problems with her also not with the 230s smart. That fc6250hx is doing weird stuff in the cold by the way, be aware.
@@adnanlamri yeah i didnt expect that to happen lol i took off everything seemed fine then i couldn’t control it at all. I’ll eventually look into other helis. For now going to stick with my 360 and 230s.
Thank you!!! You’re my Favorite UA-camr I needed something to watch!!!!keep up the content
Thank you! Lots more to come g!
Short and sweet, miss your vids! Weather needs to warm up!!!!!!
I know! It’s at least a little warmer later in the day. Can’t wait to make more videos! Another one tomorrow

I know everyone tells me. I just really enjoy ripping around in stability mode lol
Same thing happen to my fusion360 wreck skids😂
Very unfortunate! But it’s all fixed and ready to fly
@@SlickBackAntnice! Got mine fix already too haha keep it up happy flyn❤ do some hover in diffrent orientation for best results enjoy bud!

The grind continues!!! Good thing i have extra parts in stock!
gyro drift is a thing always let your heli acclimate to the temperature especially in the cold , sorry for the crash .
So could i have avoided this? I feel like flying in the cold shouldn’t have affected it this much… :(
@@SlickBackAnt yea it could have been avoided, except for the frozen fingers that is always a problem flying in the cold and i hate gloves.
@@zosojay024 so i just needed to give the heli some time? Cause i couldn’t control it in the air.
@@SlickBackAnt yes i usually let mine sit in the cold for 30 min what was the temp? also keep the batteries and transmitter warm.
@@zosojay024 it was 17 degrees lol huge difference in my next video coming out today. It was 45 and had no issues with my 230.
was this filmed 4 weeks ago?
No the day i uploaded it

Sick crash!!! It handled it like a boss!

I wish it didn't happen, i was so sad! lol Hopefully after I fix it, it will fly normal! Just not going to fly below 20 degrees again.
@@SlickBackAnt yeah sounds like a plan
where have u been man. it's been a while since u posted
Winter! It’s been freezing and ton of snow! I’ll be posting a lot now.

I think i will!! Definitely going to look into them.
Get the OMP m4 Max@@SlickBackAnt
