Austin reaves had a draft promise too. He chose to go undrafted after having teams tell him they wanted to draft him in the 2nd

Riley worked as broadcaster of the Lakers games until 1980 when he was selected as assistant coach of the Lakers. The next year he was named head coach of the team.

Here's part of it that you guys are glossing over because you are more concerned withh yelling foul and eating up the drama than logic. The report said teams drafting in the 20's are calling and can't get him in the facility so that mean a lot of team feel he's a legit prospect in this draft and regardless of his name he'd have been drafted regardless. Secondly there was a time in which David Falk had this same type of power. There are also other agents in other sports who could pull this off and dictate where a kid is going.

If they hire Redick, it shows the Lakers aren't trying to win!! How in the HELL you go from one coach that's never been a head coach to another?! I thought I would never say the Lakers are a fu*king embarrassment!!

Some of yall don’t pay attention, other teams want to work him out to take him “earlier” than the Lakers pick, so Lebron isn’t giving him an advantage, he is holding him back really, to make NBA history and something he said years ago. He wants to play with his kid. “Spoiled” and “taking an opportunity from someone that deserves it” would be the Lakers drafting him in the first round.

Hey LeBron, you better hope your plane don't go down, cause the way your raising your son, he can't do it or live a life without you, basically your son is a daddy's son & mama's boy.
Hey LeBron, get some parenting skills, lol!!!
You spoiled your son, bronny is a mama's boy.
Other kids, work hard to get drafted, they should get more attention than LeBrons kid, suck!!

LeBron I think 🤔 is the absolute worst thing that has happened to the NBA I have no idea why the NBA has placed so much of there stock into one player that really isn't that great and now there allowing him to break the rules with this situation with his son his son is not an NBA player and yet someone will draft because of his father he's not that good what so ever. I am disgusted with the NBA at this point and honestly Ill no longer be a fan I completely hate the product anyway
