- Our latest buttercream flower cake - a fast mini tutorial on how to use buttercream shaping combs, flower placement and decorating.
Feel free to ask questions and we will try to answer as many as possible.
Start with a chilled, torted cake, cover in a thick later of buttercream, and scrap, keeping the comb steady.
For the buttercream flowers, store chilled in the fridge (not freezer) for easy arrangement. Finish off with pearls and embellishments.
