I have never heard of this story until tonight. Our Lady loves France. She has shown herself there to so many saints and yet when we went to Paris we were saddened to see the Roman Catholic masses were near empty.

The world had this apparition of Our Lady in France, in Rome as Our Lady of Revelation and to Claude Newman, a condemned man in the USA who had no faith at all until Our Lady appeared to him and converted him through the Miraculous Medal.

This was written as response to some opinions about the titles of Mary and her role as Our Mother.
There are some who do not understand the concept of the Blessed Virgin Mary because they do not understand Jesus, Son of living God (THE Eternal Word).
How can an ordinary human give birth to the DIVINE Savior of the WORLD and then go back to being ordinary? She was NOT EVER ORDINARY!
She was conceived without sin, became THE most holy Mother of God, stayed untouched and perpetually a Virgin, and was Assumed into Heaven body and soul by THE POWER OF GOD.
* These are not mere suggestions. * These are her privileges for surrendering HER free will. These are official titles for her time on earth.
Now it is time for her special privileges (and subsequent titles) for her activities after her assumption.
Jesus at the Resurrection; and as the Redeemer of the WORLD rising from the dead, and she, by special privilege, was assumed body and soul into Heaven. Neither of the two were subject to the ordinary corruption of the body.
NOW, tell me again why JESUS'S mother does not deserve the privileges that the Trinity gives her?
BY YOUR JUDGEMENT YOU DECLARE HER ORDINARY?
It is GOD WHO wills a creature privileges.
It is GOD who makes certain people so special.
It is the creature who accepts or rejects God's will. That is the choice we are given in cooperating with God's grace. That is free will.
