I’ve ordered a new one don’t get it until November.I can’t wait.I drove the demonstrator car and straightaway it felt so comfortable and I loved the high seating position. It’s the best I’ve ever felt when driving a car for the first time.
Both great little SUV"S. The ASX is based on a 10 year old design with numerous facelifts while the Vitara is based on a 5-6 year old design. I used to want an ASX 4wd back in 2015 with the 1.8Di-D 150hp engine with a 6sp but Germany has killed the diesels off pretty much, now I am leaning strongly towards a 2020/2021 Vitara 4wd 6sp manual . Until I decide I will continue driving my excellent but old 2004 RAV4 4wd German Spec'd SUV.
As for the speed comparison, when would this be important in reality on a daily basis ? Both these cars are excellent and it simply comes down to personal preference.
If you make a comparison test, personal opinions should be left out ... The reviewer is leaning towards the Suzuki, for all the wrong reasons. Personally i like the Mitsubishi simply because mechanically, it's a far simpler design. That always wins in the long run...
Didn't know how i stumbled upon your video, certainly great review methods I've never seen in the mainstream tests. Bravo. I have a feeling the original language must be funnier (am already laughing with the English dubbing). Good job!
Reviews like this are part personal preference/opinion, and part--- do we have the best people testing things like acceleration and brakes ? As a driver gets to know their car, and the cars mechanicals "loosen up" it's easier to get better acceleration, braking and fuel economy.
E. Susanto yes, ive just started to notice this car. Looks very good and apparently is extremely reliable and comfortable. The new 2 litre CVT is brilliant.
TBH im not fussed about little details when choosing a car, as in what the controls look like etc. They all do the same. For me, if a car does what I need it to do and I like the design, the engine, ride and handling etc then im happy. People get so hung up on this sort of meaningless crap, and thats why so many waste their money on so called premium brands, all because of a perceived image. Its not that I dont like BMW or Audi etc, its just I dont see the point. Id rather spend my money on property. Ive known many wealthy people, and they drove ordinary cars. They didnt need a car to show off and the joke is, when you see some silly woman in a leased Range Rover or whatever, who actually cares ? Insecure self obsessed attention seekers think the world revolves around them, the centre of attention. Yeah right, only in your sad conceited world love.
great words! I am also a cameraman and would like to congratulate you on this video. also the cutter. Good work! great video with a lot of effort. keep it up. a new fan from austria
Would like to give you 100 👍. I would add reliability to your list. Some years ago, a work colleague bought a "premium" car, costing nearly 4× my Vitara. Was mostly driven in city traffic, depreciating far more than my car. When that premium car was about 4yo, it had a mechanical issue, which, in parts and labour, cost about 60% as my Vitara cost to buy. So much money wasted.
Mitsubishi is cheaping out on engine sizes, I have a 2015 outlander sport ES AWD 2.4L, apparently now only the GT has the 2.4L, I can tell you there's a huge differance, mine handles, and accelerates better than that ASX, which is sad that mitsubishi downgraded the sub-models, and charges more. 2015 ES AWD 2.4L MSRP / Window Sticker Price $22,695 Engine 2.4L I-4 Transmission 6-spd CVT w/OD Power 166 @ 6000 rpm Drivetrain four-wheel 2020 ES AWD(AWC) only 2.0L available MSRP / Window Sticker Price $24,095 Engine 2.0L I-4 only Transmission 6-spd CVT w/OD Power 148 @ 6000 rpm Drivetrain four-wheel
always well done:) i am subscribed to all major car reviews channels in america, you are in my top channels even if we dont have some brands like suzuki, always honest, to the point, and u have the best "film shots".
You do not buy a car like these with either automat or CVT-gear unless you are handicapped. The engines does not have enough torque to handle it. Manual allways!!
i own a 2008 Suzuki Vitara that's now done 400,000k, i am very disappointed in this 2020 model everything from the motor to the body is a massive downgrade and wont be buying another one, but in saying that its 100x better that crappy Mitsubishi or we like to say that (bits are missing)
@Alter Kater yes its an older model 2008 and has done over 400,000k without any problems, i cannot see the smaller newer motors doing this good, anyway ive decided my next car is a Kia seltos 2.0l the 20l motor is a good mix of power vs fuel economy and reliability, smaller motors can output good power and better fuel economy but its at a cost of reduced life and reliability, its a trade off im not willing to put up with, also the Kia seltos is what i expected the next grand Vitara to be like, but Suzuki have lost their way if you ask me.
@@2hpreview u r fake-man as I wrote u already in Rus.. Vitara has 8.1 sec acceleration time to 100 kmh, ACX - more 12 sec - its the slowest car in the Universe..

The Suzuki Vitara Turbo All Grip 2020 dominates
Despite all the Mitsubishi asx faults. Wouldn't swap mine now for anything.

ASX is Japanese, but Vitara is from Hungary.
Both are very popular in Australia - I think the ASX is a good UberX vehicle.
@Antoine Beauchene I actually prefer the Vitara as it's European. ASX is pretty dated i my view.
I agree with the mediocre quality of plastics in asx. In the rest and in the road behavior in real conditions, ASX is excellent.
Mitsubishi asx is the best
I love my Suzuki Vitara. My husband ended up buying one too.

Has anybody given the Vitara 1.4 boosterjet mild hybrid a Remap?

I love the KGB accent.
Great Review and in detail. Subscribed!

Very good review 👏
Bit irrelevant now. Mitsubishi have announced they will withdraw from Europe. So why would you buy one of those?
Great Suzuki Vitara 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🚙
The ASX 2.0 L in sport mode when you switch to tip tronic it makes 9.6 sec from 0_100 so its faster than vitara for sure
Vitara 8.3 sec
I love My ASX
Ok now combined the best from these two and called it mitsuki an..
Great job dear .. thanks .. I always like your videos
Really impressive
Surprisingly, neither are popular in Japan.
They sell less than 100 units each month.
They have a good train system in Japan and no large distances between cities like eg in Australia
