- 🌏Dear global family....Meldrum Walk, also known as Johor Bahru Alycats, is located in the centre of Johor Bahru City surrounded by a variety of eateries, budget hotels and of course just walking distance away from shopping malls such as CITY SQUARE, KOMTAR JBCC and PASAR KARAT.
Sungai Seagate has transformed this CITY to look nicer and more chill. It's only walking distance from our nearest neighbours, SINGAPORE.
Worth to cross the border for, I should say...
