This is *far* easier using either of these tools: Stanley 82-114 Stanley 82-112 My [Mechanic] brother not only had mine out in 8 seconds, he had *me* pull the other one out. It took me less than 30 seconds. So, even a girl can do this in 30 seconds - with the right $1 tool. I tried the tape on the pliers - no go.
@@JesusHernandez-lv4rx Yes-you carefully angle it behind the bulb and pull it forward. My brother did one as I looked on. It looked waaaaay too easy, so I tried it. It took me a bit, but I got it out. The power is off, so there is no danger of shorting, etc. I'm guessing even a paper clip would work - if you did some bending to it.
I tried to replace by LEDs but maybe I put it in a reverse polarity and blown the fuse, because now both lamps don't turn on. Does anybody know where is located and which is the fuse for those lights?
I would search your car's make and model on UA-cam, in this search for fuse list for the car. I searched on UA-cam Mitsubishi eclipse fuse box or fuse list and by the grace of God was directed to find my tail light fuse along with a list and placement of all the compartments that hold fuses meaning to fairly be easily accessed by us drivers. Hope this helps
Thank you!!!! I just got my new car and had to replace the mirror
Exact same light and mirror as my 2005 Chrysler Sebring. Thanks!!!

How did you use pick tools to remove bulbs? Reached behind the bulb and pull on the pick to pull it off the socket?

What size do these need? My sister gave me her old car and the lights are so dim and don’t even help and wanna buy new ones
Hi and thanks for watching! It should be the Sylvania 194 bulb. You'll need 1 for each side. Thanks again for watching!

I broke the bulb trying to take it out and now that I installed the new light the lights won’t turn on. What should I do to fix it ?
Same bro I’m pissed
@@josephbrouillard1330 I was so pissed in the beginning. I still haven’t fixed it. But it’s okay now. I had to think at least my car stills drives.
Both my bulbs are stuck an refuse to come out! So frustrating, but thanks for the tip, I'll will keep trying!
Thanks for watching, I appriciate it! Ya the design for those bulbs to get in and out is not the best! Hope you get it!
That was helpful, I thought the bulb base was mounted sideways. Great tip with Duct tape
