In Australia they arrested a man for assaulting his girl and if the elevator hadn’t just installed a video camera the week before they wouldn’t have caught her punching herself in the face on the way down.

I got a worse one. There was another case in (Australia) where a man helped a woman who was having car trouble. They pulled into a gas-station where he spent a 2 hours fixing her car for free and on his own time. She hugged and thanked him; he even followed her a bit until she got safely onto a highway ramp and then went on his way thinking that was the last he saw of her.
She accused him of sexual-assault. Immediately the cops threw him in a maximum-security prison for (1) weeks before some fucking slightly-above room-temperature IQ genius decided they should check out the gas-station surveillance footage. Just within those (1) weeks, he got fired from his career and his wife divorced him. All because he decided to help a female stranger with car troubles.
I seriously wish I was fucking exaggerating. Look up the names "Kenan Basic" and "Caitlyn Gray".

Follow the evidence and facts of the case seriously. Do not conduct this in public or social media until everything is wrapped up and ready for court. Of course, once the investigation was concluded, the university had already supported protests against the male. These also include supporting protests against the individual and supporting that he be held accountable without due process. He sued, and had to change his name due to defamation. I agree. So many women claim to have been assaulted but dont know the weight that they carry along with that “badge”. So many sleepless nights of wondering whats wrong with you, or if you did anything wrong, only to mature and hold resentment toward those who didnt help or believe you. Sometimes wishing that the law didnt exist. Or sometimes just dealing with the lasting issues your assault brought upon you. Or wishing you didnt exist at all.
I was thinking about it last night. I’ve been assaulted a lot of times in and out of school; raped as well. It’s morphed me into some person who values male attention more than my own happiness, but break down when I get it. Many other issues as well. I wish that any victim out there who was honest-to-god assaulted or raped find peace because all these posers are making it near impossible to get the law involved.

There was never anything inappropriate happening, and she was the kind that was on the unattractive side and loved attention. We all knew what happened (and what didn't) because we were all in the same room and he was barely around her. Our teacher was an amazing and outstanding man, I still to this day admire him and thank him for what he taught us. Our entire class went to the principal and backed our teacher up, and offered ourselves as witnesses. She retracted her accusations and made it sound as it was her parents that went forward with it. She wanted to distance herself from it as it never happened. Fuck that.

They went back to her place, had sex & then he left with no issue. A few days later the police were banging at his door & arrested him because the girl claimed he assaulted her. After two months of investigation the girl couldn't keep her story straight. He almost considered copping to a plea because in his brainwashed mind "if she's making the accusation it must be true." The police told him that they know he's innocent due to the fact that the girl had ELEVEN open sexual assault cases in the past year alone & that it was kind of obvious she wasn't all there mentally. Still, it took almost TWO years in court to clear his name & by then he had lost most of his friends, family, etc. due to the accusation alone. The guy ended up leaving town & having to start all over again elsewhere. You can definitely say he will never entertain that "believe all wmn" bs ever again.

When my son was in HS this girl kept trying to sit on his lap and telling him she wanted him to give her rides (he is in a wheelchair). He kept telling her no and she got nasty. I had a long conversation with the school. He is in college now and I am soooo concerned. He doesn’t drink, thank goodness, but I tell him all the time, be very, very, very careful. There are WAY to many fake reports and no consequences for the women that do this.

I sadly did have to deal with this. A woman I really cared for went out for the night drinking and she she wanted to come back to my place. Drunk me definitely wanted her too, but logic me knew we were only going far because of the alcohol. So having to do what’s right, I asked her to bring friends with her so we can just chill, and was told yes, just for her to show up alone. I had a roommate at the time, so I told him make sure you pop in and check on us, even though the drunk me wanted to go all the way. We were getting close but I had to pull away because I knew we both didn’t want to go all the way, it was the drinks. I go to the kitchen, and she runs out my house, to tell her friends that were my friends that I tried to force myself on her. Never became a actual case, but trial by our friends where they believed her, regardless of what I said. Literally two months later, she accused another man, which was one of the friends boyfriend of trying the same thing, and that’s when they realized that she made the whole thing up about me. Yeah, it completely sucks to be accused of something you didn’t do, especially when fighting with what your body wants at that time. After that, I never tried drunk hookups again, just can’t allow it anymore.

Joke was on her, she wound up catching seven charges.

The reason why is because her judgment is impaired due to the alcohol and can put rape charges on you. I did ask "What if the male was also impaired because of alcohol?" Could he be charged since he's also not able to make the right decisions? The answer I was given was "yes he can be charged even if he was drinking" I also asked why could be charged if he's in the same state of mind? And was told "because he should know better". You can’t just have sex drunk then when you’re sober, get upset, and accuse the other of rape. When I was around 19-20~ (I'm 32 now) I had a friend named 'Aleks' who was in his 2nd year of university on his way to becoming a teacher. There was a girl at his university that was coming onto him real hard, and they went on a date in the city. While waiting for a subway, they were flirting back and forth and he slapped her ass playfully. They continued on for an hour or so just hanging out until splitting ways. He called me afterwards excited about how much of a good time they had hanging out.
Out of no where, the next day police show up at the university and take him to the station, he's being charged with sexual assault and battery. The chick is pressing these charges and he has no idea why. Has to go home to his eastern european family, and explain that he's being charged with sexual assault. His mother is absolutely freaking out, torn between thinking that her son could have done this sort of thing, his father trusts his sons word and hires a lawyer.
They didn't have anything to go on, except his story vs her story. So things weren't really looking great for Aleks. (This is a few weeks later, he's updating me on the situation) and I'm asking him again more about her and what happened and he mentions she's a Christian religious girl who writes a religious blog of some sort.
I don't remember how I did it, but I was able to find her blog specifically, which she used as a daily journal of sorts, I was able to find her entry for that day and she wrote about how she had a great date with Aleks, and that she was SO into him and it was SO amazing that it was BAD, that she felt incredible shame for her sexual feelings in regards to her relationship with Jesus and all this sort of shit. That she was coming on too hard, and she was seducing Aleks too much that it was the 'devil working through her' and all kinds of retarded religious shit.
I saved the entire web page to a floppy disk (still semi-relevant back then lol) and he gave it to his lawyer. The judge threw the case out and admonished the girl for the situation. (lol) But the damage was done. A lot of people at the university just saw Aleks as some kind of sexual predator, on top of that, the university STILL expelled him, just like the student in this video.
I ran into Aleks a few years ago, and instead of being a teacher which was his dream (and a straight A+ immigrant student, was going to be there no matter what) he was driving a taxi.

Her roommates never called the cops, her roommates called an ambulance when she was unconscious with alcohol poisoning at the time he left the dorm (which is a damn good thing, as she ended up in ICU on a ventilator). The *hospital* called the cops *independently* asking it be investigated (not *charged* just *investigated* one way or the other to determine what had happened), because she was barely conscious & completely incoherent when they found evidence of recent sex while treating her in the ER, was unresponsive to questions from them as to whether she'd had sex consensual, raising (medically reasonable) concern she *might* have been date raped.
The *police* decided, prior to even taking her statement, based on her intoxication level alone not on any accusations from any of the girls, that she was so drunk she couldn't have consented & arrested him before she was even taken off the ventilator. The police had already decided their narrative before talking to *any* of the parties involved & tried to fit witness statements to it after the fact.
When the cops showed up at the dorm, the roommates only confirmed the name of the guy, which the police already had from the sign-in log at the dorm's front desk & from the friend who'd been at the bar with her (whose statement was that they'd *both* seemed happy/flirty at the bar & that she had no idea what happened after they left) & confirmed that yes they'd heard the two having sex prior to finding her unresponsive.
(There were 3 roommate's present when the ambulance was called, *none* of whom accused him of raping her, all initially assuming the sex they heard her having was consensual & one of them changing their statement at follow-up interview to "MAYBE the moaning I heard from her was distress instead of enjoyment?" - *only* after the *police* said "Did you know when you called an ambulance for your roommate that she'd been raped?" - but stressing multiple times in the interview that it "wasn't a judgement she thought she could make". Incidentally, the arresting officers were recently sued for false arrest, leading witnesses during interview, etc.)
When *she* was finally questioned, she stated she was in "a total blackout" of the night & had no memory of him or the encounter. She refused to file charges; the police & prosecuter proceeded with charges without her participation.
Half the reason it got thrown out for lack of evidence is that neither she *nor* her roommates *nor* the friend from the bar *actually accused* him of raping her.

@JOSEPH STALIN that is absolutely not true. Most women never get justice for sexual crimes committed against them, they are stuck in limbo and rarely result in any actual punishment. It's like someone concerned reporting domestic-abuse. Like, you have to understand that sometimes in legitimate cases of domestic and/or sexual abuse (especially in the long-term), victims tend to suffer from delusions/illusions to protect their ego from anymore suffering and/or from fear of more punishment from the abuser ("She/He didn't mean it.", "She/He does it cause she/he loves me.", "It was my fault anyways - I should have known better", "If I do, she/he says she/he is gonna kill me, the children, and her/himself after this blows all over!", etc.).

But I am not ignorant, I have reasons for the opinions stated above. Let’s assume that after displaying her intent publicly to many people, a girl changes her mind in the room, how do we prove she was raped? What kind of evidence would we need to prove that? No witnesses in the room obviously, only witnesses saying she displayed her intent to have sex. What we would need then are signs of physical force to prove that it happened, nothing else can prove it. I assume that was not the case here since he was cleared of all charges.

They were teaching us to leave the door open when answering questions, never say yes to tutoring one-on-one, record yourself when alone with a student... Its scary to know that I could lose my job every day if a student was mad at me for whatever reason. Scary, scary world.

Idk what it is. I personally think, as far as the instances I’ve been aware of, that they are embarrassed by the quality of man that they slept with. These men didn’t degrade them or treat them wrong or hurt them physically. No. They just didn’t want to admit to their OWN friends that they consciously made that decision so they make up that excuse. FUCKING SICK!

Drunk or not, could still be charged falsely if the person has an issue or agenda.
This just shows people need to stop being so hasty without all the facts or both sides.

So, clearly women can’t be held accountable for their own actions while under the influence, so why even allow them to drink or be treated as adults? 🙄🤷🏽‍♂️

"His innocence will have to be proven again." That's not the way it's supposed to work, you're supposed to prove someone guilty and presume they're innocent until then. Scary stuff man. Also, why is it that these women never face consequences for filing a false police report? Just the suggestion of something like this could ruin a man's life, men have committed suicide for being falsely accused. Yet the false accusers never get into trouble, despite it being a crime to knowingly file a false report. Start enforcing the law, make them actually face some consequences, and I guarantee you that we'll see a drop in the number of false accusations.
