I was having issues with both L&R buds to connect, so what I did was unpaired them from my phone, connected the buds back to the charging cable held both buttons on the buds for 10 sec, disconnected them from the charging cable and tried the steps on the video @ 4:32 to pair them. It worked for me.
For anyone having trouble getting them paired this worked for me...Make sure neither of them are paired to your phone...Turn off and turn on at the exact same time...If they do not say "hello" and then "ready to pair" at the same time, they will not pair properly
i work in a plastics engineering plant and we cant use earbuds. a guy at work has a set of JFrames and he let me try 'em. awesome. so i ordered them. of course they dont arrive with instructions so i was getting a little P.O. because i could only get one side or the other to work at one time. glad i found this video. thanx.

My frames suddenly didn't want to pair together which seems to be a notorious bug with all jlab products. I've been power cycling them and messing with them for a day trying to get them to work. Turning them on at the same time but only putting one in pairing mode did the trick. Thanks.
I just recently purchased these a couple days ago. The left side does not turn on and I’ve tried the troubleshooting method multiple times and I can’t get it to turn on or connect to the right one.

I Love the idea of these, but I am having trouble connecting my JLab frames to my Samsung phone only one will connect even when both of them say Hello at the same time.
These are so much less than BOSE - So thought I would try them for use on Bike ride - wondering if they will conflict w Helmet - also is there any conflict w I watch?
Great idea, cheaper than Bose but that's where I got stuck. I often wonder how things get a QC stamp. I mean did everyone at JLABS have a perfect pair of glasses with the magic thickness to make these secure with or without the silicone slippers. I could not get them to stay on my over the glasses plastic sunglasses frames. I finally used a thin strip of Gorilla tape. I feel like those plastic clips were doomed to snap. They fell to the ground so many times on my carpet, they would be dead in no time outside. I think you need a better attachment mechanism. Sound is fine for what I used them for podcasts, audio books and spotify on walks. For an hour, they are fine and saved me a boatload of money. But please don't give up and make a better product.

I'm going to try small velcro circles next as the tape is a bit clunky. But it works. I hope you announce when the new version arrives. I'd love to test them.
I just bought a pair and was excited to try them but my frames are too thick for the clips to fit on. Very disappointing. I wasn't expecting top quality but I can't even use them on my plastic eyeglasses frames

Before taking a chance on these i asked target about a return polocy for these. They said they are exeption free and can be returned for a refund within 7 days. Perhaps ask about it?

You shouldn't use customers to fund your product research!! You should have done more product testing BEFORE sending these out to market and WASTING ppls hard earned money. In the long run you are shooting yourself in the foot and ruining the company's reputation. The fact you FAIL to include the VITAL info that they fit ONLY up to 4mm on the box and have the balls to state that they are a "universal fit" for most styles borders on false and deceptive advertising!! Why would you choose to use hard plastic clips instead of silicone is beyond me. It doesn't take a genius to see that the probability of these hard plastic clips breaking is pretty great for a large percentage of customers (once again, because you fail to include the 4mm info on the BOX or even in the user booklet. The only place this info is stated is on your website) Once these clip break off it renders your product completely unusable unless you want to rubber band them to your glasses...ridiculous. If you are working on improving a product you just came out with the, just MAYBE you should have held off on releasing a flawed product for ppl to waste their money on. You have lost me as a customer, for good.

When charging do both need to show a blue solid light
Returning mine. Can’t pair both sides no matter what I do. Sound quality okay. No base even with boosting.

these dont pair together. i can confirm this. tried for an hours. degree in film. i am guessing only a few out of the hundereds they make work.

A solid light will indicate a full charge!

I bought these yesterday (12/12/2021) and today (12/13/2021) the right ear frame will not turn off. I tried troubleshooting, but nothing is working
