    Chris!! If you by chance see this comment, I just wanted to tell you that very recently I have started to log in my workouts every time I hit the gym && honestly, it really does help so much! The pumps be hitting different!! 🔥💪 Looking back at what workouts I did that need improvement allows me to get better every time I step foot in the gym again!! Hope you consider it!!

    It's amazing that even tho I'm not really a gym guy and have always been more interested in cardio work (getting ready for my first triathlon in September) Im always looking forward to one of your videos, you and coach greag are the only people I watch nowadays on UA-cam.     Man i love watching your videos chris. I recently found you and i cant stop watching. Im now going to start my own little bodybuilding thing where i get shredded for summer and bulk up just a little for that classic physique (Idk if ill try to compete in the next few years since i need to gain a lot of weight or ever but its something I’ve started to consider maybe in the natty scene). I have been going to the gym for years but ive never tried dieting before either.

    I've got my workouts on recipe cards. Peck deck 170lbs, 8 reps, 3 sets. Scratch off 8, write in 9. Get to 12 reps, go down to 6 reps and 180lbs. It's satisfying, and motivating to see. At some point I won't be able to keep adding, but I'm 6 months in and continuously increasing.

    Chris, the best equipment is the late 2000’s Cybex and Nautilus equipment. The white painted steel with black leather pads. And hammer strength squat racks with rogue bars.

    The gym I currently work out at where I’m from has lots of old school equipment. Some of them took me 10-20 minutes to figure out how to use, reminds me of 80’s - 90’s equipment lol very run down gym but the equipment is gold

    The Gymleco iso bicep machine and Panatta's plate loaded chest press (flat/incline) are phenomenal. We have a ton of Prime, Arsenal, Hammer/Lifefitness/Cybex and they are great but from here on out it is Panatta or Gymleco for the most part unless we find something rare.

    I started making some protein shake cereal with plain old shredded wheat last week and now I have it pretty much every night before bed. I can't believe I didn't think of it sooner. I just make a shake with some almond milk, dump it in a bowl with a serving of shredded wheat (60 calories a cup) and maybe a dash of cinnamon or something depending on the protein source.

    I'm surprise you don't log how much your progression is and how you're lifting. I started doing that this year, and let me tell you, it motivates the fuck out of you to keep progressing and whenever you see that you aren't progressing fast you can always check back at how much you lifted a month ago and see where the improvements where. Plus, it also lets you know which areas you've been slacking in or which areas you need to slow down a bit on to avoid injuries. Definitely helped my progress a fuck ton.
