omg same!!! I've had panic attacks every day since June 2024. I prayed for the first time and the second I was done I've never felt more calm, my whole body and mind felt smooth and satisfied. I've not grown up being a Christian but after that interaction I'm now a member of church and I'm getting ready to study the word and finally get baptized. Thank you Lord Jesus🌺

I love that perspective, “whenever you feel anxiety, take that as your signal that God is urging you to pray!”Usually I come to the Lord and I try to be perfect for him when I pray and not complain about anything, but I got the biggest revelation from God that he literally wants my whole heart all my anxieties. All my worries all my fears. He wants me to pour it out in prayer and lay at his feet. Even if in my head I think I sound super dramatic. He loves us so much/ and recently my prayers have been me pouring out my anxious heart and every little thing I’m in fear of, and just telling Him and He has just lifted it immediately from me and poured in place , His peace and love. It is so surreal how good God is..❤

I have been struggling with anxiety for so long and it’s becoming to the point where it feels unbearable to deal with but God is the source of my strength and I have to believe that things will get better. Although I feel like I’m unable to pick myself up in times where I feel weak, I know God is carrying me through this. I’m praying for everyone who is struggling🩷🫶🏽I know what it feels like to feel helpless but there is hope in God. Slow down, take a breath and give it to the Lord✨
So true! I went through that too for a while, it got to where I couldn’t go anywhere because I would struggle with severe anxiety attacks and everything they come with - but I got tired of feeling limited so after months of surrendering everything to God, taking better care of myself, breathing right, and focusing on Jesus most of all - I finally don’t have anxiety attacks barely anymore and now I’m able to know how to react when anxiety comes my way! God is so good!🤍

I’m older than maybe many of you probably…I do think we shouldn’t come into agreement with anxiety! But, I’m my 47th year I have learned that it also may be a red light to check your hormones, to check your thyroid to eat a better diet to move more and watch less…anxiety is not from God for sure but sometimes it’s our body trying to tell us it needs better taken care of! Not to mention adrenal fatigue.
I have anxiety and i didn't really know until I have to deal with a teacher at school which i think i have trauma from I can't study unless i play music now or listen to Carew 's podcast I don't think the career field I'm in is the right one I'm so lost and anxiety makes me feel stupid Idk where life is taking me....
You're on the right track with this and it's awesome you are doing this. But I'm pretty sure in the scripture, Jesus doesn't withdraw when the crowd approached him. He went around everywhere healing people and casting out demons and then after his work was done he withdrew to be with the father. Because I believe that he is teaching us that we need to be busy about the fathers business but not just be busy but spend alone time with the lord and draw from him.

You're on the right track with this and it's awesome you are doing this. But I'm pretty sure in the scripture, Jesus doesn't withdraw when the crowd approached him. He went around everywhere healing people and casting out demons and then after his work was done he withdrew to be with the father. Because I believe that he is teaching us that we need to be busy about the fathers business but not just be busy but spend alone time with the lord and draw from him.
