Not really specific to this game, but just started playing board games this year and found you guys. Really enjoy everything you’ve done, been going through a backlog of games I was interested in.

Although I'm not a fan of roll and writes, Cascadito looks decent! I hope they make the boards a little bigger though. I think welcome to the moon sized board would be great :D

I'm kind of shocked this playthrough took longer than Cascadero unless this is just a sign of your excellent editing magic.
Did Cascadito somehow end up being the crunchier of the 2?
Also how many of the maps have you tried?
I wasn't originally planning on getting Cascadito but the add-on upgrade situation made me change my mind.
We noticed that as well, haha. I think the main reason that this video is longer than the Cascadero one is because (forgive our harsh words) Naveen let Monique get away with a swift victory in Cascadero, haha. But he admitted that in the video as well. There were multiple key moments where Naveen could have blocked Monique and slowed her down.
On average, we have found that Cascadito is about 15 minutes shorter than Cascadero. But that will of course vary depending on group size, player type, etc.

I'd really love for you guys to cover Descent 2nd edition. I've got it on my list of games to buy, but something about it just feels a little outdated, which isnt an immediate turn off, but i just want to make sure its worth $200, thats 4 $50 board games i could buy lol and i trust your reviews above everyone elses.

Same, I can find railroad inc for less then half the price. Shipping + Deluxe components is too expensive to get here
Is map 1 an appetizer compared to map 2?
Yeah, something like that! It just takes away one of the columns so it's less complicated.
