    And so on the first day of 2024 I decided what my next bike will be if I can fit. 6’4” so hopefully no less uncomfortable than a 2019 R1 😅

    Agree nice stock Q. Did you do the same on the TNT (lock butterfly open) I found you lose bottom end.

      My Benelli was completely open , valve is removed and catalytic converter also,i have not noticed any loss in bottom.

    At least they should have made sure that engine light pops up after the disconnect☺️☺️☺️…. I’ve got an Akra slip-on waiting for me at the dealer pending the race map that’s still not available…. Will set me back about €1200 for a sound prob pretty close to your 1 min valve cable detach solution 😂🙈…

      Yeah nah no check engine light ,like Aprilia knew that shit got to go.
      If it's gona make you feel better,akra looks way nicer 😂😂

    Hi, is this pure OEM? Mine is annoyingly silent below 5K rpm. Did you disconnect the butterfly valve? My dealer says I`ll lose warranty right away if I do that :/

    • @Motogents
      @Motogents  3 роки тому +5

      Yes, it's pure OEM with a disconnected butterfly valve.
      Every dealer will tell you will lose warranty, but in this case, with the new RSV4 it's dead simple just disconnect cables of butterfly valve it will take you a minute to do that, and when you have to go to the dealer just hook them back. They will never know🤫

      @@Motogents so is it different from 2020 and before? I mean I saw a video where you had to disconnect at the valve and open up the fairings to get to the servo in the front and unhook the cables there too. Otherwise it can get tangled or damaged

    • @Motogents

      Just disconnect the cables on the exhaust side protect them with piece of tape and you are done.

    I need to decide between This new RSV4 Factory or the Ducati Panigale V4S not sure which one to pick

    • @Motogents
      @Motogents  3 роки тому +1

      If money is no problem to you i would say V4,in my country difference is about 10k between those two bikes.
      On the other side you gain nothing more with Ducati in terms of power or electronics aids,or quality of components in my humble opinion Aprilia is more rider oriented bike,while V4 is more RAW and sexy and exotic.
      Its a tough choice man i will give you that 😀

      @@Motogents the money is not an issue, I also like that the aprilia has cruise control, nice to rest your hands every now and then. Ducati does not offer it

    • @Motogents
      @Motogents  3 роки тому

      Yeap cruise control is nice on Aprilia.And one thing i forgot i think that Aprilia sounds nicer 🤔

      @@Motogents decided on the aprilia and now have myself a 21 rsv4 factory! Would you possibly make a video on how you removed the cables so the exhaust valve is always open?

      Congrats man you made a good choice 👊🏼
      Yeap i will try mate life is kinda busy right now,but i give my best.

    Is the maintenance pricey on this bike

    • @Motogents
      @Motogents  3 роки тому +1

      No,OEM spare parts are quite cheap when you compare to Ducati or BMW.

    • @zdipi89
      @zdipi89 3 роки тому

      Parts are cheap but all V4 engines require a lot of working time. The front two cylinders are inaccessible until the engine is taken out. Some things can be done, such as stealing the valve, but as a rule, the engine needs to be removed. This raises the cost of maintenance
