    The SCTE® (Society for Broadband Professionals) annual Autumn Lecture & AGM took place on Thursday October 12 at One Great George Street in London for the cable, fibre, and telecoms industries.
    In a break with tradition, the session was hosted in conjunction with WICT, featuring a panel of leading women across the fibre industry. Moderated by Dr Gillian Kendrick, CEO of Real World Systems in a session entitled ‘The Future of the UK FTTH Market: Is A Skill Shift Required To Keep Up With The Industry?’, the panel included:
